Mexico1 small bottle of water in the room for 2 adults, without a fridge to chill it was a little disappointing.
Friendly staff. Good location. We thought the buffet on Sunday afternoon was pricey ($380 pesos per person) since there wasn't much available. But the room was comfortable and clean and the shower was hot and had great water pressure. The hotel could use some updating. The hallway carpeting and carpet in the room is very dated and worn. However, we will definitely stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Saltillo again. Gaston at the front desk was great and all of the staff were very courteous and accommodating. Also, the complimentary breakfast buffet made up for the Sunday buffet.

United StatesThere was a strong and constant sulfur-ish like odor coming from the drain in the bathroom. We had to leave the Windows open throughout the night and close the bathroom door to avoid the smell. Otherwise it’s a great hotel.
The place and staff were good. The breakfast was amazing, comfortable and clean rooms.

United StatesUnfortunately the beds were double, not queen. My husband is 6'2" and the beds were uncomfortable. The hotel is being renovated. I would gladly stay again after the renovation is complete.
After a 14 hour drive we just wanted a bed for the night. The Four Points provided a reasonable stop. Best part was having the restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was a nice buffet.

CanadaFor the first time in my life, there was no refrigerator in the room. (I was told that i should have requested one??) As I have medications that require cooling, this is important. One was brought to my room. In the meantime, I had to fill my cooler, which was heavy. The ice machine was on the 2nd floor at the opposite end of the hotel. The staff were helpful though.

United StatesThe restaurant is dark and drab. The menu is limited and the night we were there. The service was very slow, even though there were not many diners.
The hotel is presently being refurbished. In its current state, it is a little tired, and so I am sure will be very much lighter and brighter after the renovations. it is clean and comfortable. We were given welcome beers because it was Thursday! The staff at the front desk were delightful and very helpful. I appreciated access to clean cold water and or hot coffee all day. The breakfast which was included in the price was very good indeed.

MexicoHallway noise can be excessive, doors seem thin.
Comfy beds, nice staff, pretty good location. I have stayed at this hotel before and while it’s not the fanciest, it is comfortable and clean. There are no fridges in the rooms so u know, although maybe some room types do. They allow pets and are good people at the hotel. It is also family friendly.

BelizeNothing. We are very satisfied with the hotel and restaurant. We have stayed before, and will stay again.
When we arrived , there were no rooms to accommodate the two of us and our dog. They said that it could be 30 minutes. We had been on the road for hours and hours... bottom line, they all worked together and it wasn't 10 minutes until they came and found us to give us our room keys. The room was, btw, very convenient to the outer door to take the pup out. Thank you staff for being so great!

United KingdomWe've stayed here before and the first time was great. This time the room wasn't as nice. A bit stale smelling, the bathroom sink wasn't draining properly and only one of the outlets in the room worked (the plug fell out of the the others).
Absolutely wonderful breakfast and good food in the restaurant as well. This was a little oasis for us on the long road to the US and on our way back. Super comfy bed and they welcome our puppies which means the world to us. Safe parking and super friendly staff.
