There was nothing that I didn't like about the Chill Inn, it exceeded expectation and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Central, convenient and quiet location. Friendly, welcoming, accommodating staff. Impeccably clean, private and communal areas. Great kitchen.

The room is small, it felt cramped and there wasnt enough locker space in comparison to the people staying in one room. I had to place my luggage unsecured.

During my 3 night stay, I dont have good sleep. Noisy from neibourghood. Place it self is very humid and no AC. You will have small cute fan in each bed but there are also doing noise when they running. In my dorm Wifi doesnt reach, so I need to be close to kitchen to get some wifi. Toilet close to outside living area doesnt flushing properly. Sinks from stones are nice but very unpractical. This hostel could be better. If fhe price should be like that higher there supposed to be better utillities. You can find cheaper and better option than this unfortunately.

Its small cozy place, friendly cat. You can rent a bike for very good price. Teresa doing great breakfast. I belive if the hostel is full of travelers could ve very nice place - in my case was empty and quiet and I missing some social vibe.

The water pressure in the showers was very low. So you couldn’t wash your hair properly.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast food is absolutely delicious. The facilities are very clean and organized. They are located in a very convenient location. Extremely chill place, very relaxing.

This hostel offers a chill vibe, cleanliness, and proximity to the center. I enjoyed the hammocks, the privacy of the beds, and the welcoming atmosphere. Teresa, the owner, goes the extra mile by personally preparing a delightful homemade breakfast and providing helpful insights on getting around and must-see spots. The kitchen is well-equipped with essentials like salt and spices, making cooking a breeze. The volunteers here are incredibly kind, adding to the overall positive experience.

The staff was very kind and amazing. Also the place and facilities. The breakfast was delicious and handmade. I have no words, we had a great time in the hostel!

The showers are very basic (cold water only) and the one in the room smelled badly. Also if you're looking for AC this is not the place, but there is a small fan next to each bed so it really is manageable!!

Teresa the host is amazing! Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is nice too and different every day (stayed 3 days). It really is a very chill place with the hammocs and everything! Like my stay here a lot :)

The room I stayed in had no AC and the air inside is worse than outside. Not just regarding the temperature but also stuffines & there was a smell of smoke I couldn't stand.

I only stayed one night. The lady working there is lovely and the breakfast was great. Hostel is very astetic, pretty.

Only thing I disliked was there was no hostel name written on the front door so I struggled to find it off Google map !

Nice staff , good breakfast with coffee , hot showers , Carribean straw hut type rooms , with comfortable clean beds , some double beds in shared rooms . Bicycle hire , and lockers ! Andy area for catching the mini bus taxis for 25 Mexican to the archeology ancient Myan ruins and Paradise beach ⛱️

Hard to find the entrance, it's a wooden door that you've got to be let into the first time. It's worth letting them know 10 minutes before you arrive When I was there October there wasn't many other guests so not a great place as a solo traveller

The only thing I didnt like about this hostel were the cockroaches.... The roof from the dorms is not completly closed so they can easily come in. The first morning of my stay I found 2 dead cockroaches in my room and later that day there was one walking in my room. The other 3 days of my stay I didnt see them no more so it was fine in the end.

This hostel is a really "chill" hostel. There is no music and in the morning the cute lady boss of the hostel will make you an amazing breakfast (every morning something different). The hostel is very cheap and the vibe is nice!

Welcomed a part of the family by staff Mateo and Eva. Owner Teresa makes a nice breakfast every morning. Well equipped kitchen. Price very reasonable for Tulum high season. Good location near Centro Tulum.

- The toilet was very dirty and the facilities require some renovation especially given the price. The shower didn't have hot water and to activate it you need to go outside and turn it on, making it a hassle for people. Water pressure is very low and water is not properly evacuated. - The room has a terrible mattress, very uncomfortable to sleep and is also dirty, with some animal things over the blankets, maybe falling from the ceiling. - In the common area the owner smokes all the time making it very bad to stay there. - The place is a bit away from main street but not enough of a problem, just longer walk. I tend to give good reviews but the place was very disappointing for me. I hope they can improve.

Need about 11 minutes of walking from the bus station which is not a big deal

The host was very helpful and the volunteers too which made the stay very comfortable! One could rent bikes from the hostel which a good price.
