For a Junior Suite, the room and bathroom were unexpectedly small and all the electrical outlets in the room gave trouble making it difficult to charge phones and other electronics.

Food and drink options and the staff and service were all great. I also liked the look and feel of the property and enjoyed the vibe at the resort.

We weren't happy about the extra charge for beach/pool beds,$100.00 a day when we paid big bucks for the swim up pool room to get a black wrist band, I felt it should be included in that price of $1800.00 for 4days. When we checked in they told us we didn't need a reservation at restaurants, but when we went to the Italian restaurant they told us we did need one.

It needs some fresh touch and renovation. But the rooms and spa, restaurants were great.

I loved the location, service, comfort and delicious food. It was a great time-spending worth each spent cent. Recommend. No one tries to oversell you smth like in the other hotels. We had a great time at this hotel. Also it is a kid-friendly place. They have a great spa as well.

I was a bit concerned from the recent reviews I read before our arrival, but I'm so glad about our decision to stay at Wyndham! we had The best time ever! Excellent hotel and simply exemplary service 👌! We enjoyed every minute there and kids loved it! It was a simply amazing! Minor improvement at the Italian restaurant, but in terms of overall score- highly recommended!

One of the very few things we did not like was the state of our sofa bed in our room when we arrived which was marked up and had an overall dirty appearance. We asked for help to resolve the matter during which the hotel staff helped us quickly to cover up the sofa with sheets and tried to make it more comfortable, but they unfortunately could not swap it out with a different one.

I recently spent a delightful week at this hotel with my two sisters and my daughter, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The staff truly made us feel at home. From the moment we arrived, their warm smiles and genuine hospitality set the tone for a memorable stay. 👏 **Exceptional Staff:** Every member of the team was friendly, respectful, and incredibly polite. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Special shout-outs to Efrain at Ventanas Buffet, Filiberto at the Viaggio, and Agustin at "La Casa de Rosa." These hard workers stood out for their exceptional service and positive attitude. ☕ **Coffee Shop Haven:** Honestly, we spent more time at the coffee shop than anywhere else! It was a cozy retreat where we could unwind, sip our favorite brew, and soak in the pleasant ambiance. 🌞 **Always Smiling:** The staff's perpetual smiles were contagious. Our stay was too short!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We travel with a toddler and the hotel was almost perfect for us! Food was good, room was well maintained and the kids waterpark was an excellent feature.

The ceiling above balcony was falling down, sofa was badly soiled, staff covered up with a sheet to hide stains. Room was great!

Staff always says hello, food great, lots of selections, view of ocean,concierge Was extremely helpful, followed up with us to make sure we got results. Housekeeping great, clean everywhere!

The pillows are quite firm and large which made it difficult to get a solid night of rest.

Property was very clean and had beautiful sights all around. The food and drinks were great, there are plenty of activities to partake in throughout the day, and the staff were very friendly. The pools and beach are kept very clean as well. We felt safe and welcomed the entire time we were there.

The pool was small, and there weren’t enough sun loungers. Additionally, you had to carry a towel card to receive a pool towel. The air conditioning in the room was loud, and there was no air conditioning in the lobby area or the restaurant. We also didn’t like the service in the Italian restaurant, as the staff was unfriendly and rude.

The staff was friendly, especially Rafael from the lobby bar, who made our stay special by going above and beyond. The entertainment team was creative, and we enjoyed all the activities they organized.

There wasn’t much not to like. Honestly, the staff was phenomenal. They bent over backwards to be helpful and accommodating. Such a lovely vibe to the place.

Loved the size. There were 16 of us and 8 were kids. So it was important to have a friendly, casual, uncomplicated feel. This definitely felt that way which we loved.
