The rooms are huge but very basic, feels like the space could be utilised a lot better. A little on the expensive side.

The facilities could use some renovations. The public bathroom door doesnt close well. The pool was not clean. Floors leading to rooms were not clean.

I'm not sure they have hot water? I tried for 5 min with the water on, nothing! The water is not that cold anyway. No refrigerators are in the rooms. You are getting the basics for shampoo and soap. Quiet room for the most part. I could see it getting noisy when a lot of people were using the pool. There is limited parking as well. So I parked around the corner close by. The beds are firm and so are the pillows. The bed is made with a couple sheets only. One to sleep on, one to cover yourself. That's fine as you know the temperature is warm here.

Super easy/fast walk to the beginning of the Progreso boardwalk. There are plenty of dining and shopping options really close. You're staying in a safe area.. Never worried about walking the streets at night or my rental car parked up the street. Enjoy the Progreso vibe!

When we checked in price was $4000 pesos MORE (said it was tax). No fridge in room. No coffee pot in room. No safe. Sewer smell from bathroom was strong. Hot water was not consistent.

Staff was wonderful, friendly and kind. Close to the ocean. Nice pool. Air conditioner worked well.

The lights outside the windows and doors were too bright and interrupted sleep. Thicker, or black out curtains would help; also a solid door instead of glass

A modest but pleasant hotel in a great location. Literally 2-3 minutes from the beach and the main street with lots of restaurants and pubs. The room was large, the bathroom was nice. Good place for a short period of time.

No hot water until the weekend. The water and room smelled musty or a bit like sewage. The mattress covers were uncomfortable and the ac didn't work properly. Made for a sweaty night. But it wasn't that bad, it's just that it was a rather expensive stay. Also the hotel restaurant was quite subpar compared to everything around and they were closed most mornings. The sink in the bathroom is one of the worst designs I've seen and there is no vent system so our stuff stayed wet all week. But the staff made up for all of this with their great personality. Also, the room has big sliding glass doors along the wall that gives to the courtyard and the door to the room is glass as well. Both have curtains that let a lot of light in and aren't sound proof. So it never gets dark and it can be loud.

We were very well greatest and the staff were helpful, nice and excellent. The proximity to the beach and the male on was great. The streaming services on the TV were good and the pool was nice.

I would have liked a mini refrigerator in the room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard as a rock. The check-in process was tedious, but probably because of my poor command of the Spanish language.

The air conditioning worked great. There is a nice common patio on the second floor with a partial view of the ocean and a palapa covered portion for shade. The shower was good, including the hot water if you waited for it to heat up.

the room was noisy because of not identified noise like the AC or pump next to our room , also there was a power cut the second evening which left us without lights . We weren’t offered a partial refund but a courtesy extra night which was not use to us as we were travelling the next day.

Waiting an hour for the room. The toilet seat wasn't attached to the toilet. The bath towel with holes.

The entire hotel was without water from early evening to late morning next day when I canceled 2nd days stay.No toilet flush ! No shower. No sink.

The housekeeping staff person was very helpful with initial issues w room but could not resolve No water for entire evening and into late morning .

NO BREAKFAST . NOTHING ,NOTHING ,NOTHING! A filthy place and you have to run the hot water for twenty minutes before it starts to get hot . Not only highly inconvenient but a waste of water a commodity we can not afford to waste . The Swimming pool was DIRTY AND UNFIIT TO SWIM IN . No fan in the bathroom ,Mildew and mold all over the walls. A lot of partying and noise inside the Hotel.
