Absolutely Unforgettable Stay Nina Local House is, without question, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, the service and attention to detail were nothing short of immaculate. I was feeling under the weather upon arrival, and to my surprise, the staff went above and beyond—they went out and got me electrolytes! This kind of care is something you simply don’t find in big-name hotels. The turn-down service was another standout detail: they left delicious cookies on the bed and set the mood perfectly with soothing music for sleep. Every aspect of our stay felt personalized and thoughtful. If you’re considering where to stay in Mexico City, don’t hesitate—Nina Local House is an absolute must. It effortlessly surpasses even the most luxurious chain hotels. I can’t wait to return! Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!

A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Mexico City. Very comfortable rooms with everything (and more!) that you could wish for, but what truly makes this place special is the team who work there. They were so kind and welcoming and went above and beyond with information and assistance, of my whole trip, not just my stay there. A true gem!

The staff went above and beyond in every possible way! The house is beautiful and intimate, the room incredibly comfortable and quiet, and the service exceptional. Extremely well located as well in a beautiful neighborhood.

Mattress in our room needs to be replaced / one side is sagging and it was not comfortable Mosquitos in room were difficult to get rid of Would be nice if there were a curtain or door to separate bedroom from bathroom vanity area for more privacy The $80 charge for 1 way airport pickup was a little excessive

Good location in Roma Staff were kind and went out of their way to help Spa is a few buildings down the street and is a very relaxing experience - sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy and well as a menu of services to choose from Good air conditioning

Literally nothing, this property was amazing. The only potential downside I could even imagine is that as a four-room boutique hotel, this property is much quieter than a larger hotel. That being said, there is a rooftop patio and main floor living room with self-serve "honor" bars for quests to lounge in.

Amazing, boutique hotel in the heart of Roma Norte. The property is situated in a historic manor house and only has four guest rooms. The property itself was beautiful and full of thoughtful touches throughout such as a basket of blankets for use on the rooftop patio when it's chilly. The room was lovely and chic, and the staff was extremely helpful. I can't recommend this hotel more highly.

The hotel is in such a great location, in a town that has great restaurants and bars as you walk around with lots of green spaces. The staff were lovely and could not do enough for you. They have a roof terrace which we really enjoyed relaxing on in the afternoons after busy days of walking. The breakfast is delicious and the decor is lovely.

Beautiful design and interiors. We had a lovely room on the top floor, which was the same level as the roof terrace with honesty bar. Breakfast was amazing, particularly enjoyed eating it on the roof terrace. Incredible service from Carlos too. Overall, very happy and can't wait to return in the future. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Loved everything about my stay!

Staying at Nima House feels like you’ve been invited to stay at the villa of a terribly chic friend. With only 4 rooms, it is intimate and the staff is super friendly and attentive. The House is gorgeous, and breakfast in the courtyard exceeded my expectations. The lush rooftop garden is perfect for evening cocktails, or unwinding with a book. Location in Roma Nte is excellent. Highly recommend the ’Tovar y de Teresa’ room. It is street-facing, and has beautiful views of the tree-lined street. Noise at night was not an issue at all.

While the staff was very nice and respectful, they had a lot of issues in communication and Excecutive. For example I had booked with the concierge a massage in the spa for me and my wife at the same time, and when we were leaving for the spa they told us that one of us would get the massage one hour later. Not the level of service you would expect for this price, and only having 4 rooms…

The place is beautiful, great design and a lot of nice details.
