Great place to stay in Oaxaca, in a nice neighborhood, close to the city center but quite enough for good rest. The service is outstanding and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

We had no interaction or support by the staff. When we arrived the first day, nobody was there for checking-in, although they hab been informed of our arrival time.

The hotel is very welcoming and the position is good to visit Oaxaca.

There is no reception and nobody there for check-in. I didn't know where is my room and how to find the key. They sent me the code to open a front door, but after entering the property everything else was confusing. The cleaning ladies don't speak English, but with Google translate, we figured it out and they gave me a room and a key. The wifi was slow sometimes and you need to update the connection every 10-15 min for a better signal. I preferred to not work from the hotel and just used local restaurants wifi. The place is very noisy. You can hear each car passing the street, every morning I woke up because the workers come and they talked loudly. And there is a neighbor's dog who constantly whines. Heartbreaking sound. Very good acoustic there.

The location is excellent, close to the center and many restaurants around. Restaurants Humar and the best pizza in Oaxaca at Sicilia pizza y pasta are my top food choices. The water was always hot and with good pressure. Safe place with a nice design. They have a well-equipped shared kitchen. There's no room for the luggage, but you can live it just under the stairs after check out. I had a night bus and they allowed me to live my backpack there till I need. I appreciate it! Close to the bus terminal.

I requested to pay in cash on arrival, which was confirmed via the chat. However the money was taken from my account before arrival. There was a bit of noise at night from neighborhood dogs, and loud music from somewhere close by. Something to note if you’re a light sleeper like me. Taxis and tour guides seem to have a problem coming to the place. Not sure why? I needed to be dropped off/picked up on the corner.

An excellent stay. The maid and gardener were extremely welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The internet was good, so I could work. Everything was of a high standard. Very clean in deed. Communication was good via the chat. Eg. getting the codes for the main door and bedroom. The fan in the room worked adequately. There was an iron available and extra bits and pieces. The main square is a ten-minute walk, mostly on the flat.

While our room was on the top floor and had 2 windows, the fan was not really adequate in May. It would be helpful if they had air conditioning units in each room.

This is a new hostel which is adequate and clean. The room was a good size and bed comfortable but the bathroom was very small. It is in a quiet neighborhood closer to the Zocalo than the Cathedral but still within walking distance of everything. It was nice to have a small shared kitchen and the very pleasant cleaning lady let us hand wash our laundry and hang it on the roof which was very helpful.

There is no staff to assist with check-in. You are supposed to receive codes for the door locks to check in, but we never received any of this information. Messages through Booking.com went unanswered and no one ever answered the phone number given. Luckily the cleaning staff was there when we arrived to give us the door codes and they were friendly and helpful, but oftentimes there is no one there to assist you. We stayed for 2 nights and our room was not cleaned during our stay - not sure if this is normal but we had to go out to buy toilet paper because there was no one to ask for more. We might have extended our stay but no one ever answered the phone, so we found another place.

The place was sparkling clean with a nice shared kitchen and refrigerator. Everything spotless. Nice shared terrace with tables to enjoy the fresh air. Wifi was fast and worked well. Comfortable bed and decent sized room. Location was just a few minutes walk from the center and very quiet.

The shower had no water for the 2 days we were there. Reception was useless. Nobody answered out call or messages about this. Luckily the maid let us use the shower in an unoccupied room. I now see reviews about this from 2024 and still the problem persists. Not feeling like the owners care much!

No breakfast offered to us. There is a community kitchen available. Cute place, not far from center.

A pretty good value for what you get and the location. However, when you arrive, it can be confusing as they do not have a sign outside, and the alley looks bit sketchy at first. Make sure they send you the access code since they had forgotten to send us ours, and the reception isn’t open for 24 hours. We had to knock on the gate and wait for a few minutes for them to open it. However, the staff were kind enough to change our room after we reported to them that there was a lot of noise coming from the generator beside our room. The little kitchen can also come in handy.

We had plumbing issues the entire length of our stay. It took a long time for the toilet to fill with water to be able to flush. Shower was very weak in terms of water pressure and sometimes we would have no water at all.

Really comfortable rooms, kitchen area where we could make our morning coffee and quiet and well located place. We were also able to park our hire car inside. Reception also helped us book taxis for our departure. I’m we liked it so much we left for a few days for the beach and then came back for a another night before leaving Oaxaca.

We could not gain access. Despite being delivered, by taxi from the airport, we could not find the door keypad that they assured me would let us in. We ended up, after midnight, finding another hotel - for twice the price. I would like to complain but, apparently need a property i.d. (it's not the property name). Not happy, at all. Want a refund!!

It's very calm place and super clean! 10min walk to the city centre, there is a Levanderia 2min away, great coffee shop 5min away!

Unfortunately our first few days were ruined by other guests shouting, singing, slamming doors etc late at night from 10pm - 2am and then again as early as 6am. Not entirely the hotel's fault but at no point did they ask them to be quiet without our complaints despite their own rules. Even if you don't have guests from hell, the doors/walls don't block much sound at all and you can hear even quiet conversation. The shower in our room was also the worst we've used since being in Mexico - awful water pressure, impossible to get the temperature to be anything other than really hot or cold, and worst of all during our whole stay would intermittently cut out in the middle of our showers and refuse to come back on without waiting another 5-10 minutes. A lamp beside the bed would also be good to avoided having the main light on before bed.

The room itself was great and a very comfy bed. Great location and could walk everywhere we wanted in the city very easily. Kitchen was great too and well stocked with bottled water always available. Staff were really kind and were offered to book us a taxi when we left. WiFi was good but slightly intermittent

It was amazing here. The staff is so helpful and sweet. They helped us with tips and everything. We rebooked here too. It is close to the center we walked like 5-10 minutes. There is also a nice market nearby. We felt safe here too
