Nice, clean, modern and everything we needed & expected. Good breakfast with some variety and very polite staff. We felt very comfortable and safe all the time. The location is also very convenient to walk to the historic center, Roma Norte, etc. Purified water is available everywhere in the hotel, so that was very helpful, too.

This hotel has a very good location close to the historical city center and a Michelin Star taqueria within walking distance. Rooms look nice and modern. There is no view from the windows as they are covered with opaque film and half of them are facing the courtyard so there is nothing to see anyway. Wasn’t an issue for us. Our bathroom door was a little worn and was hard to operate, but that’s a minor issue. Breakfast was ok considering the price range of this hotel. Staff was very friendly.

1) Exceptionally poor Internet in our room - almost non existent and on our first day the whole locality had zero Internet. Most days we struggled to get anything other than a feeble intermittent signal. 2) Guest noise and rowdiness! We were often disturbed at night by people talking loudly late at night and shouting. On our 4th night a large crowd arrived by coach - their behaviour was like football yobs - music, banging and shouting into early hours. Had to complain to the hotel. The next night - another smaller group woke us having a shouting match going on midnight - as the hotel failed to control the disturbance the previous night, I had the stress of dealing with these inconsiderate yobs myself.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Shower very good and air on also good. Breakfast was reasonable. Most staff very polite and friendly. The location was also good and within walking distance to the heart of the old town and the Artesan market. It represented very good value for money

Overall very nice and clean. The only thing what I think that it was a bit uncomfortable is that you have to pay for the tea and coffee, I mean for the price of the room it can be included.

We stayed there twice in our trip to Mexico City. They kept our luggage when we went to Cancun. There was roomservice and the cleaning of the hotelroom was very good. Rooms had al lot of space with a big TV. The location was about 15 min from centro Historico. Behind the hotel you have Mercado Ciadatel. That was such a nice indoor market where you can buy Mexican clothes, souvenirs etc. Great prices!

The pillows were uncomfortable, I asked for softer pillows from the night shift agent and was told that's all they had (thick and firm). I barely avoided a stiff neck.

Everything was good for the most part. The free espresso machine in the lobby is a great feature. Shower and bed were great. Housekeeping team was wonderful. Check in was pleasant.

The location - very close to the Zocalo, Fellas Arrtes and centric major attractions. The room was very comfortable (we stayed almost 2 weeks) and the staff very helpful and welcoming at all moment. The breakfast it's good value and they have free coffee by the reception/lobby 24h.
