Pool is way smaller than on the pictures. Stuff speaks bad English and has often no idea how to print a invoice etc. Wi-Fi is terrible!! It’s the worst internet I ever experienced!

Don't let the calm surfer vibes in the photos get you - this place is for clubbers. It was incredibly noisy all the time and there's a nightly pool party and limited sound proofing. I was in a dorm, in a bed that was towards the back of the room right under the aircon and it was freezing and noisy. The kitchen facilities were small and limited - they are pushing you to use their restaurant (which was very nice but expensive). The rest of the facilities were alright though.

It is loud! If you are not going to party there is no break from the constant bass and loud music and it's hard to relax without wearing noise cancelling headphones 24/7. The food was also pretty awful and overpriced, $10 for a cold burger and cold tiny portion of fries.

The housekeeping did a great job of keeping the rooms and bathrooms clean. The location is great for getting around. If you are going to Cabo to party, this place is right for you. I also love that all the bunks have privacy curtains, individual lights and charger points

The Co-Ed dorm situation (12) became Highly problematic when girls and guys are using the bathroom at the same time, bc StupidAss Girls complain about girls n guys sharing the facilities - DUH. Grow up or get your own room by yourself, don't set-up people by being babies and lying to staff !! Staff had NO clue how to resolve such issues and Inappropriately kick you out with NO refund! HORRIBLE .

Facility was equipped with restaurant, bar, pool, lounge and some activities. Cheap local bus service is needed bc a bit of a distant walk to downtown.

The room walls are all white and they were not clean when we checked in. Several things in the room were visibly worn. There were some communication issues with staff, we tried to arrange transport to the airport but got very little details so we had to book our own ride to the airport very last minute. The blackout shade in the room was missing so the room was bright even at night. Very very loud in the room during the day up until around 10pm because of the location.

1. Had horrible sleeps due to snoring staff members. Don't think travellers should be placed in staff rooms. Keep them separate. 2. Almost felt forced/guilted into buying food/drinks at the bar by the staff members. It was to over priced for the food/drinks based on the quality and the taste. 2x1 should be everything on the menu. 3. No outside drinks allowed is also sort of a joke but I guess it comes back to being forced/guilted into buying drinks from the bar.

No complaints about the location, cleanliness, the beds, the pool & the atmosphere.

Dinner there ordered shrimp ceviche fish ceviche no good it was more onion pepper in there and wasn't even cut right dissapopinted also took long for them to take your order for drinks some were rude employees

I ordered 2 drinks from the bar, but the machine wasn't working properly so I gave the bartender 20usd instead. I went to bed after and after 1am the security (male) and bartender (male) came in my room, turned on the lights, and asked me if I was going to pay for my drinks. I was completely naked in bed. I told them the 20usd was for the drinks and they left. The next day I talked to the security guard and told him that I felt uncomfortable and unsafe with him coming in my room in the middle of the night while I was naked. He said it was protocol. Would not recommend.

I really liked how cute the hostel was. I liked that they had a pool and a bar, kitchen, and activities.

The constant loud music meant the hostel really only catered for people who were there to party. The pool area was nice but the music made it unpleasant as a place to relax. There wasn’t any common area to hang out unless you wanted to be at the bar listening to the DJ so it was hard to meet other people (or even hold a conversation). I stayed somewhere else in my last 2 nights.

The hostel rooms themselves are nice, modern and kept clean. Big lockers provided. The included breakfast options are great.

Rooms were stuffy and hot, no air, lots of issues with booking, they charged my card 7 times and I incured late fees. Then it's $5 if you loose a plastic card key. Staff was excellent sometimes and at other times flat out rude.

Lack of safety (I got robbed in my room) Lack of cleanness of the showers, always full of hair and sand, one of the fans didn't work in the shower to remove the humidity afterwards. Constant fixing of the bathroom door by a maintenance guy, basically every day of this week someone kept going to our girls dormitory putting up and removing the sliding door but never finished everything - it was weird - and in the meantime our door was constantly open

They charged me a fee for the bedsheet having grape juice on it. They took 100 pesos out of my deposit. the deposit I had to give them. which was 500 pesos. they play Dj music all day long. the food was bland with almost no salt. the food also tasted like it was sitting out for 30 minutes.

It was nice and clean. The walls where insulated blocking noise outside.
