We will definitely return for group tours, but will make a reservation for dinner, as it was really slow and we were all served cold food. That was disappointing but not something we blamed the staff for. I do wish they had a better stocked bar. No white wine, no gin and tonics - we did expect the drink menu to be more varied, given the hotels location and the fact that they do events. Breakfast was AMAZING! They have a great setup where each guest can order their eggs exactly as they want them - and they are cooked right away, in front of the guest, so piping hot. Excellent job!! It’s a buffet style set-up, but this added service was a really special touch. All in all, we will definitely return.

The gardens are nice, the restaurant was a plus for us, we went during semana santa weekend and mostly everything was closed. So the restaurant saved us.

Air-condition is difficult to regulate and makes a lot of noise. At the check out had to wait until they checked your room, which took some time because more guests were checking-out. Probably the hotel had some bad experiences with guests but still it is not often seen.

The room was very clean and with nice views of Zamora. Parking within the hotel is also a plus. Well kept garden. Breakfast was very good with fresh eggs and everything.

Front desk staff the day of checkout was not very friendly and seemed bothered when I asked for a “factura” she was asking me questions I did not understand and rolled her eyes when I would let her know sorry I don’t understand what your saying in Spanish, Also the only thing that was annoying is standing in the breakfast line for 25min just to get to the ordering window and be told they did not have pancakes like just throw tape and cover up the menu where it advertises pancakes to avoid this and wasting peoples time!

- Wifi options were really bad, with multiple networks throughout the hotel, and very low signal in my room (and my friend's room too). - On Sunday, because of all the people from the town coming to the breakfast, it got very crowded and that meant a bit longer for some bits at breakfast to get renewed fast, but still very good despite the confusion of all the people!

- Good facilities for the price paid. - Very comfortable in general. - Breakfast was very good (people from the town go there to pay for breakfast and on the weekends it gets a lot of people there). - It seems to me we have priority on the breakfast compared to the people from town who are not staying in the hotel (though I'm not completely sure about this).

The receptionist was not friendly at all. He basically handed me the key and that was it. He didn't tell me in which building was the room. We dined at the restaurant and it wasn't good.

Everything including the common areas were very clean. The garden is very pretty and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is really good and has a lot of options to choose from.

Very Cozy and Comfortable Hotel, I was really impressed once you check in and you drive in to park. It was like a whole different world, Very Nicely taken care of grounds, pool, outside dining area. Staff Exceptionally Very Nice, will definitely recommend this location and I will be back again!!

Pool water was noticeable muggy, but I think its just the nature of it, the pool is surrounded by trees and lots of leaves fall in. It gives it a unique look YET, I would not consider this "bad thing"

Facilities are great. I had an issue in the room, and without hesitation, I was moved to another room, a better room.

Floor was old, beds hard

The property was nice, room was outdated and towels, bed uncomfortable. Outside garden area was nice, breakfast had variety. We stayed 5 days and there are people there who wash the car without asking, twice it happened and we had to leave somewhere, one of the times but we had to wait for them to finish on the car.
