There was only one available toilet working for shared room of I think 12 persons! The bathroom needed floor towels as otherwise sand and water from showers with 12 people going to and fro in bathroom area is not ideal

It's a garden setting and very relaxing which also helps as Cancun is quite a noisy and ugly urban city

quite badly soundproofed (like basically everywhere in MX), therefore one could hear everything going on outside, including any sit-ins outside (but only ever until 11pm max!) and loud staff chats from 8am onwards

Great vibe, super lovely decoration / design, spacious room, helpful staff, water for free, good location to explore downtown and also just a short distance to the next bus stop to the beach

Reading lamps at the beds would have been great. Breakfast should be available earlier.

It really depends which room you get - this time the 6bed female dorm (Bahamas Mama) was spacious, big bathroom, comfy beds with Power sockets. No Party Hostel, quiet at night. A/C was fine.

I was in a mix roon who has around 12 beds. For those beds were just available one washroom. Also, one of the staff at the moment of the check-in didn't guide me to my room and didn't give me a wxtra sheet.

The place is beautiful, and its location is very convenient at the moment to visit other places

We missed that our kids needed to be 18. They would let us stay one night but recommended that we find something else. Staff was really nice. we ended up going to another place because it was a party planed the night we were staying.

I love hostel, but music they play all day on beach and restaurant was very annoying. Very loud and always techno music. From 11 am to 2 am next morning I could not enjoy beach in a quiet time at all.

We paid our stay ob booking. When we arrived the receptionist made us pay a second time, there has been no way to explain her that we already paid. "no payment, no room". It took time to make them admit that there was an issue. We had then to request a reimbursement to booking because they were not able to do it for the extra payment.

Walls were a bit thin (but that was the case in all our accommodations in Mexico).

Location close to the bus stop, only a few minutes walk. Very nice garden, an oasis in the middle of the city. Good breakfast options. Big room with large and comfy bed. AC worked well. We did not go to the beach from there so I can't say anything about the distance to the beach or anything like that.

The corridor to the kitchen with the private rooms was very echoy and you could hear everything from outside and kitchen to the room. It's pretty annoying if you can't sleep with earplugs

The bar was an open space and the music was playing loud from morning until late evening, making it difficult to sleep at night.

The whole place was lovely, with a pool and other facilities to use. Friendly staff.

the room was huge but there was nothing inside, felt like an empty room. shower was small and not functioning (no hot water).

hotel is very close to the ADO bus station so super convenient for our purpose, but on the wrong side of the city if you want to explore Cancun. room was huge and comfortable.

We were aware that there will be loud music. We thought it will be mostly at night but it is during the whole day. That can be a bit too much but we only stayed for a few days so it was okay. Also there is not much on this side of the island, if you don't want to take a taxi to the other side then you are only left with two pricey restaurant options.

The room looked amazing and also the hotel in general. The little beach was also nice with multiple options for places to lay down.

hard bed! My room was next to the main and shared kitchen, it was sometimes noisy.

The staff is super friendly. Location great, with loads of nice restaurants around. Great to take the bus R6 to go the Puerto Juarez or R1 to go to the "Hotel Zone"
