The room was much smaller than I anticipated. The pipes in the bathroom are clearly ancient. The sink gave off a foul odor/stench whenever pipes were turned on.

Rooftop breakfast was excellent! Rooftop bamboo roof, decor etc. very nice. The pool and garden area are very pretty. Overall, the building is aesthetically pleasing.

However, some basic amenities are missing, e.g., a cupboard or a hairdryer. Our shower wasn't functioning properly. The washbasin tap was extremely rusty. Internet connection was terrible, not recommended for a workation. Overall, the stay was just okay. We expected it to be a bit better considering the price range.

The location is great. Rooms are neat. Breakfast is good.

The beds/cushions were really hard and uncomfortable for me so I had really bad sleep for the days I stayed there. Room had no windows that could be open, so no fresh air coming in. In the bathroom at reception (which by the way was spotless clean) the toilet seat was against the wall during our stay. This to me is a no-no as it s something easy to fix quickly.

Location was perfect. Close to absolutely everything and very easy to find. Really good value for money, especially since you get a basic breakfast (toast, fruit and coffee) for breakfast.

The shower flow was very poor and no hot water (except one evening for one shower). Very small and basic room. No chair in the room.

The staff was extremely nice. The hotel was located one block from the Main Street and within walking distance of many restaurants. They offer a very good and plentiful breakfast. Our room had a small balcony. Parking is front of hotel or side street (not secured).

Our room was besides the pool, so the the notice every morning and afternoon was horrible. The breakfast that booking includes in the rate it’s just coffee and bread. You had to pay more to get eggs or pancakes.

Lovely stay in Muyu for an overnight trip to Tulum. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was great too!

-Pool is more of a decoration (as in most hotels in Mexico, unless they are big), the depth is 135 cm and always in shade, never saw anyone swimming there -The TV wasn’t working which honestly was quite a problem for us as we were tired of constantly being out and just wanted to relax for sometime by Netflix 😀 they tried to fix it, but couldn’t which is pretty weird - Staff did offer services from outside, but wasn’t as knowledgeable about the prices, so we ended up paying more than expected - No elevator to bring our luggage upstairs

Staff at the reception is very professional. Check in was supposed to be at 15.00. I arrived from Palenque, after more then 10 hours of travel and the guy at the reception checked if, by any chance, the room could be ready at 13.00. The receptionist welcomed me and let me in at 13.00. I have to thank him because I really needed to get some rest.

No fridge in the room The bed is very firm No sign that you have to put the toilet paper in the toilet bit in the bin. We did clogged the toilet on the first day. Sorry again for this.

Very clean und modern Hotel. The stuff is incredible and the breakfast is unbelievable good. You have a big clean pool, big rooms, beach towels, a big bed, a big flat screen, a balcony. It is near the main road, 10 Minutes away from Super aki, 15 Minutes to the main bus Terminal, 5 minutes to the Collectivo stop to the beach/hotel zone. This was truly a wonderful stay I fully recommend this hotel

The front desk worker when we arrived (at midnight basically) was just awesome to help us, he had to unlock the door--which actually made me feel a bit safer, rather than not. It was a nice area in town I thought too. The worker that checked us out was super nice and friendly as well. Breakfast was not included so we just ate elsewhere since we have food allergies and preferences that could not be met there. But the staff was still very nice. The room was clean, no mold, and the shower had good pressure.
