United StatesThe air conditioning wasn’t working properly, had to ask for the welcome drinks and snacks at room it looks like it wasn’t ready to use. But the staff did the best to fix the issues.the swimming pool was really slippery and had mold it looks really unhealthy. The seafood restaurant wasn’t good so disappointing. The elevator wasn’t in good condition and I was traveling with my grandmother who is 90 years old and she couldn’t get to de beach cause there wasn’t an easy way to access due to be only stairs and not umbrella or seat available for us, I also stayed with my 2 years old daughter and she only was able to be 20 min at the beach for the same reason no beach umbrella available or tumbonas. The seats at the terrace room where broken. The towel had stains and bathroom mirror looks damaged Room 3816 3811

United StatesThe quality/class of food in the restaurants can be much better, relative to the price. Amount of free seating and shade around the pools should be increased. I feel the pool chairs are intentionally kept less and without much shade in order to upsell the paid daybeds. Drinks can be less watered down and less sugary. Service of drinks around the pools and all over the resort can be better.
The room was very good, we have upgraded to an ocean-view room. The resort is big, well organized and well maintained. The staff were very helpful. The beach is absolutely amazing. Clean water, sand and gentle waves, great for families. Color and temperature of the water was also perfect.

We were hosting a 56 guest wedding party. I was mother of the groom. Only after my son got upset because they had also done that to 2 other parties in our group did they "find" a room in the adult tower at 11:00 pm at night

Location- it was incredible! Gorgeous beach. Food options - we stayed 4 nights and loved every meal. Even the buffet was delicious. I eat gluten-free and had zero issues. Staff at every meal asked up front if we had any food allergies. Staff- nothing but positive interactions. Chance to meet other guests from all over the world at an evening event.

United StatesFront desk staff was serious, not smiling, not very friendly. We were not allowed to take a room sooner since our flight was a morning flight, AND we had to wait past 4 pm for a room (which was only ‘ready’ because we were upset and told them this was not fair or right). We were allowed to begin consuming, and enjoying the facilities. They kept our suitcases stored away. Same thing happened to our friends who arrived even earlier than we did. This was our first trip to Mexico and we hoped for friendlier people.

United StatesAll inclusive sit down restaurants had ok food but somewhat of a limited menu, I guess so that you went to paid restaurants. Didn’t get to try many because they were closed at the times I went. I eat early lunch and dinner, not a late dinner, so perhaps my fault. It’s sad to say but I found myself enjoying the buffet more than sit down restaurant as I found it offered more options. The pasta restaurant was by reservation, but they never answered the phone to make one. Room service is included and prompt and pleasant but limited menu as well Now when it comes to the pool, it can use some facelift and maintenance. Seating is limited and guests take the chairs and out their belongings on them and leave for hours, so no one can use them, even if the pool is empty, it forces you almost to rent the poolside beds at over $200. To get pool towels, it’s only at once place and it’s quite a walk. It’s a resort, you’d expect pools to be heated, and also to close a bit late, none of which happen here. The kids club closes at 9:45 so nothing for them to do at night either No organized activities for kids during the day, so ok for bigger kids perhaps teens but not a kid Resort overall Is it gorgeous yes, do I have anything negative to say, no But the place Can use a facelift, maintenance is lacking in small things and overall there are so many resorts that coming back would not be my goal in Cancun. I went for my son’s birthday mentioned it at check in and in the reservation and not even a balloon for him, it was Cielo Lindo restaurant that sang Happy Birthday to him during dinner in our last night there. Our room had a couch that was dripping wet and they brought us towels to sit on upon arrival, we weren’t even offered a room change. That room had a shower curtain that was too short so the bathroom got soaked every time. Like I said it’s all in the details. We did tip staff every meal, and the housekeeping staff daily and upon departure as they were all great
The room was clean, the staff was pleasant and there were always enough staff around to ask any questions. Food options abundant although not always open or available. Breakfast is pretty much limited to buffet but it’s very varied and flavors are good, sometimes line was huge.

Francethe check in staff, didn’t helped at all to guide you through the hotel. checked in service was just rushed and not very amicable. the deck chairs around the pool are not enough for the amount of guests. people just “reserve” their chairs and there are is no availability, unless you are willing to pay 200 dollars for a “bed” chair with a sparkling wine.

Germanywe decided to spend our honeymoon after the wedding in this hotel and I warned about it in advance. the hotel promised us a surprise or something to offer as a gift. I asked about it every day, but they did nothing. already on the last day, after 10 reminders, they brought us a bottle of champagne, but we don't drink alcohol. food service in the room is super long. sliced watermelon I waited an hour and a half. they brought me a watermelon cut off together and with a white peel of 2 centimeters. No pulp. And I waited an hour and a half. also absolutely delicious food. All restaurants have bad food. only the cafe next to the pool at breakfast was delicious. all dinners in the restaurant were very poor in terms of food quality. Always everywhere you need to reserve everything a week in advance. we had all inclusive, but everywhere you need to constantly pay extra for something. a more or less decent dish in a restaurant is no longer included in the package price. The spa can only be visited once per stay. sunbeds under the roof near the pool can only be reserved 2 times per stay. in all restaurants, the menu can be viewed only by scanning the code with your phone. if the phone is forgotten in the room or there is no charge, then you cannot see the menu. also a huge downside. we specially took the time and registered in the application to make a checkout and ordered a transfer from the hotel to the airport by a certain time. We arrived 10 minutes before the appointed time, the transfer driver closed the trunk, ignored my questions and left right in front of our eyes, leaving us on the street. and it was early 10 minutes before the appointed time! we waited another 30 minutes for our transfer and were already late for the airport. the staff don't know anything about the shuttle service, very unprofessional. we were silently sent a local taxi at the hotel for which we had to pay $47 for 15 minutes of travel!!

United KingdomMust admit we did compain about the room. The hotel is so lovely as a whole that when we got in our room it was a let down. It comes down to the fact its outdated, its clean to a point but just needs some renovation thanks to Nora for being so patient with us and changing our rooms. Anyway this didnt spoil our experience as everything else was spot on. I will come back again

Food was nice but tried different restaurants and didnt enjoy it in the end stuck to the main restaurant which was good, breakfast I mostly enjoyed lots of variety. Drinks were great for an all inclusive too proper alcohol that wasnt the watered down stuff
