It is like you enter at 1990’s time 🥹, on Saturday they had a problem with water and there were no water from 10 to 3 pm 😠

The room, the bed super old uncomfortable with a foam egg crate,, the toilet constantly ran, had to take lid off to fix, non functional bedlight, bathroom electric plug came off of wall exposed wires. Room 235 to be exact. Dirty and mold in room 15% or more of bottom of pool tiles broken, sharp

The beach, close to town. The Staff was great, restaurant breakfast was fantastic. Curious to see what the other rooms looked like.

Basically it’s about the rooms. There are some renovations going on - but despite we had a new shower unit - it was very shoddy and dirty. The whole unit was dirty, the towels were literally thread bare. (2 towels, and a bath mat).

Location location location. The staff were mostly super friendly and helpful. Restaurant waiters are awesome. We did not have All Inclusive - but got a 20% discount coupon for buffet dinners. Absolutely fantastic.

The bed is a little hard,and the people in the hall was very noisy at midnight and staff didn't say anything

bathroom toilet broke, shower door was broken so we had a curtain only and the water got all over the bathroom every time we showered. there were ants in the bathroom and bugs all over the pool bar. breakfast wasn’t very good either.

That I decided to pay extra for all-inclusive in order to avoid going out to look for a restaurant. Too bad we were not informed in advance that the only restaurant in the resort was not open as they were very noisily tearing up the floor. Dinner was served around the pool in the boiling heat.

overall vibe, rather depressing. old facility, small crowded pool, small dark, rather depressing dining area, otherwise place looked rather vacant, in mid July. my adult daughter and I ended up leaving after day 2/4 of our stay, opting for a more upscale facility. sad to see the Posada is trying but the much older , dark facility feels struggling and a bit depressing .

When we checked in, the hotel tried to charge us an extra $300 because of our children. We paid for 2 rooms so it was very confusing. They also gave us the wrong wristbands at first so we had to go and tell them that drinks were included and show proof in our booking email. They were not particularly polite about it.

The location and pool was lovely. Cleaning and serving staff did a great job.

The room seemed unbelievably dirty. it had tile floors in the room in the bathroom with dirty crumbling grout. The woman that showed us to our room was cold and extremely rude. The rest of the staff was quite nice. The restaurant staff was fantastic.

We haven't been told that there is a renovation next to our room!! Very loud! Mandatory mask only when you are in the breakfast line-where is the logic when you don't have to wear a mask anywhere else at the hotel. Poor lunch food.

The property is older, but not bad

I can’t say enough about the staff- friendly, courteous, helpful. We only stayed 2 nights and liked the location. It’s a low rise building- not an over pompous mega resort. The food is good at the main restaurant - and I think the food at the taqueria by the food is better. Not bad for resort food, though I recommend heading out to SJ del Cabo town for food experience also. They have a freezer to put your fish in if necessary. Was there with my parents who are in their 80s and the low rise layout helped. Keep in mind its a 3 star place. Don’t expect Las Vegas in SJD- this place is old school. Has some deferred maintenance here and there. Close to SJD marina and markets.

Cleaning of the laundry/drying machines - disgusting....

Location is fine, staff is helpful even communication is sometimes difficult when not speaking Spanish.. It is a tourist hotel, not a business hotel - but ok if you are not too busy and have special needs
