The room is clean but perhaps a bit outdated.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. And the garden is pretty next to the quiet room. It's a quiet hotel.

The hostel was very empty and had no atmosphere and you could hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Like even someone eating a bag of chips on the floor below you 😂

The hostel itself was really nice, with big rooms and the on-suite was clean and shower pressure was decent. It's locked all the time, so it felt very secure.

planning is not their strong suit. We were told we could check in at 12 (earlier than official check in time, which was a super nice gesture!) but ended up waiting for the room to be cleaned for at least one hour. also the breakfast next morning took really long. it didn’t bother us too much but if you are in a hurry this might be difficult

The room was bit little and loud next to the reception desk and public area. No place to keep clothes/things except for two hangers. Bare bulbs made the room not very cozy.

It's located in a calm and quiet area not far from the main plaza. Convenient parking. Nice ambience in public spaces. Helpful and nice staff. Nice woodwork beds.

The place is about 10min walk from the busy streets, super safe to walk even at night. The hosts were so lovely and helpful, which made our stay super pleasant. They offered us food, laundry, tours, transport and anything we needed. They were always happy to help us.

The owners are the problem. I rented a room for 2 to get ready for a fitness competition. They made me pay a second time to allow my coach fellow teammate and makeup artist to come in and help me get ready for a couple of hours even though i told them only I would be spending the night. They always stayed by the door and were there each time we opened it. Creepy AF! They called while we were eating dinner to ask when we would return because we had no key for the gate. I had enough. I paid twice but slept elsewhere. It felt like the begining of a Korean horror film. They did not even bother asking why I had chosen to collect my belongings and leave. They made twice the cost and didnt have to change a single towel or bedsheet.

Incredibly nice owners, going out and beyond to make you feel good. Clean and comfortable rooms (comfy bed). Great location. You can freely use the kitchen as well (we saw other guests doing that. But the cherry on top are Ernesto and Ophelia. The nicest hosts, Ernesto speaks communicative English. When the battery in our car died without hesitation they helped us jump start and saved our day.

Posada Sancris exceeded our expectations in every way. It was beautiful, clean, very comfortable , stylish, quiet, homely, and the location was ideal. Ophelia was caring , kind and contientious and ready to meet every need. One of us happened to get very sick during our stay and ended up extending our stay by 5 nights here. The whole experience was bearable and so much easier by the fact we were staying in such a gorgeous place. We highly reccomend it here and are forever grateful for the support and comfort we experienced here ❤️

Everything perfect. The house is very beautiful and the people so kind. The neighborhood is so peaceful and just a few steps from the center. The room was super clean and has hot water all the times. This is a great choice. San Cristobal is a beautiful village and San Cris a real gem.

It's a bit out of the main square but if you are OK walking you will be fine.

The couple who own it are lovely and cannot do enough for you. Great breakfast is offered. We would definitely come back if in the area.
