Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Ideal for couples, families, and even pets. Beautiful gardens, two pools with ambient music, a small hidden lake, a five-star restaurant, and exceptional service. Despite the unpredictable summer weather, we had a great time at Real de Corralejo. Sometimes we sat by the pool, and other times we read in our villa while listening to the rain. Throughout the day, there is a cozy and charming vibe.

Mexico1-The restaurant does NOT have breakfast. 2-There are not a desktop in the room. 3-There are not a heater in the room. 4-The hot water in the bedroom just last 4 minutes or less. 5-The night is very noisy, It feels no secure. 6-The restaurant prices are pretty HI if you consider the quality that they offer and the waiting time for the meals is pretty hi as well . 7-The restaurant does NOT have a KID menu.
