Maybe the breakfast buffet at that time, it was pretty busy and the service was a bit slow, also slightly pricey for the ofeering, other than that the stay was great in general

The hotel has excellent amenities and since I was traveling with my pets, this place is perfect for them with the spacious green areas and virtually you can walk with your pets all around with no restrictions. I like the cozy atmosphere and the gardens to walk around. Very well located just 1km to the cathedral and you have many coffee shops and restaurants around. Rooms were very spacious and the terrace was very nice.

Bathroom mediocre, smells. Shower curtain short, letting water out of shower. Old pipes and poor drainage Missing fridge / microwave in the room. Cleanses is a average. Old hotel with the minimum improvements. Restaurant is terrible in comparison to the area market offerings. The hotel needs a lot of attention and new vision to current guest needs

Rooms are dark and need updating along with the hallways. How about painting the walls and new hallway rugs to start.

This motel is very dated and needs tender loving care. It does appear to be a clean but very dated. However, this hotel is in a good location.

Rooms was a little bit old and air condition made some strange noises at night that kept waking me up. They charged me a fee for taking my pet that they haven't told me about, they said that would take some bowls for my dogs to the room but ir never happened.

Staff is very gentile and friendly, specially valet parking, front desk and waiters.

The pool was I heated and too cold to swim in comfortably They don’t tell you this upfront and I booked this hotel for the pool. But the garden is nice

I did not eat breakfast there because it looked very unappetizing plus it was way to expensive for what was on offer at the buffet

The room and the lack of attention to detail by staff. No body soap, no tp, no laundry bag, no toothbrush, no call back. The staff was very polite and apologetic but didn’t really seem to care. Including the general manager. The day the Can host large events but they proved to me they can’t even host a family of 5. I would hate to see what they miss in large event like a wedding or any type of business meeting.

Liked the location short walk to zona central.

Felt ramp on first floor was too steep. Second floor is moor at entrance level

Having mentioned that we had elders with knee issues - would have liked room closer to entrance. We were on the first floor which is ramped and lower the second floor. Second floor is more at entrance level. We where charged extra for our child even though on the app. I had placed child info and age and they said I should have been charged for an additional person. I explained that this was not correct because I had placed all information before reserving.

Wonderful breakfast variety - cooked to order - very good price. Staff was wonderful. Very pleased with all. I would highly recommend others to have breakfast there.

Seems that when I use booking.com I get placed in the worse room. This is not the first time. Plenty of rooms with great views of the pool area. I get shoved into one that faces a wall and I get to hear laundry equipment running. I will deal direct from this point forward.
