Lots (!) of mold on the shower walls and on the bathroom ceiling, you can definitely smell this too. Room was very damp. When we arrived, there were no towels whatsoever in the room. Toilet refused to flush on 3 occasions. Room is extremely noisy (single glass windows) when facing the boulevard/street with tons of loud traffic noise (people seem to use the road as a racing track in the evening/early night). Curtains were falling off the rails in multiple places. Windows can't open. The quality of the food served in the restaurant is overall terrible on all 4 occasions. The margarita cocktail is basically lemonade. Food/hotel room is severely overpriced for the quality you get.

Fairly good location, just a 5-8 minute walk from the beach and a (tiny/quite expensive!) shop. Hotel and restaurant has an amazing clean and large pool with great views and lovely music. Spacious hotel room, good AC and WiFi. Plenty of soap and drinking water. Plenty of hot water from the shower. Desk staff was friendly and spoke limited English. Good elevator. Generally friendly restaurant staff. Beds were okay.

Needs maintenance, the furnitures are worn out. There was musty smell, and the toilet wasn’t working properly.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Sat at the mostly empty restaurant for 20 min while two employees walked around and ignored us. We left and came back and finally got up and asked for service. Asked the front desk a few times for help and decided to stop asking.

The room with the balcony was amazing and overlooked the pool and lagoon. The room was nice and cool with a comfy bed.

We had to ask for towels and toilet paper both days we stayed. The toilet clogged up, we asked twice for staff to fix it but they didn’t show up. Expensive breakfast

The rooms are spacious and clean but could be slightly cosier

I liked the side overlooking the laguna, the breakfast area was really very nice and so was the breakfast itself. It was very practical for the one night we spent there before visiting the rest of Q.Roo and Yucatan.

Hotel very ok,but I left my bank card on the table in the hotel room on the last night and someone had made transactions with it - paid NETFLIX.COM - 4.76 eur and Google Disney - 88.14 eur

We booked a double room for 2 people, the bed was very small more like a king single. No towels in the room, you need to request towels. Mould on the aircon. Some marks on the bed sheets.

Pool area was nice with good view of harbour. Good price. Shower was good with good water pressure

Facilities are old, if you want to take a shower you need to run the water for a few minutes, on the first and third day even if I run the water it is not hot enough.

The price was friendly, the location was great, the view was satisfying, and the photos were great at sunset. The staff cleaned up nicely.

Gym was open but no machine was working. Bad wifi signal. Advertised as adult only but we saw many families with young kids. No vegan options on the menus. No fridge, coffee machine in the room

Blankets dirty with other ppl hair and some blood stain!, looks like wasn’t washed, bed ng smell…AND RESTAURANT PRICES WERE OVER THE ROOF AND FOOD WAS TERRIBLE FOR THAT PRICE!

Nice property with a good selection of drinks & food, the pool area was nice and clean, the bellboy julio was just excellent he was more than helpful He is amazing at his job, The room itself was clean & very spacious Really enjoyed my time there
