There were many food options but it all felt somewhat disappointing considering the caliber of the resort as a whole. The wine was cheap and bad. The room service options were subpar and didn’t meet any basic dietary restrictions.

There could be more lunch options- after a few days, you start to eat the same meals We did have a mosquito issue in the room but it was more related to the humidity vs the stay. The beds were actually two Xtra large twins put together so sleeping was a lil odd.

It was very large, the entertainment seemed a bit cheesy and it seemed most people were there just to drink (drinks were free but not great quality) and sit in the pool. The beach was beautiful but not really swimmable in that location. Things like yoga were not well attended.

Beautiful property with great service. Loved our room. The specialty restaurants (especially Krystal and the steakhouse) were quite good and the breakfast buffet truly offered anything you could want.

The hotel is nice. The facilities such as pool and lounge areas was comfortable. Room was spacious. Service was also great.

The woman who checked us in was so rude. She didn't tell us about any of the restaurant times, what building had what, or any of the other welcome info that others in our party heard from other staff. My friends even commented after we were all done about how rude she was to me. After 2 days of traveling, it instantly put me in a bad mood which is not the way I'd prefer to start vacation. And then our room was ready an hour later than everyone else's. I believe her name was Elyria or something like that. Thankfully every single person we met after that made up for it. She was no more friendly at check out.

The grounds and buildings were immaculate. So clean and comfortable and looked nice. Our room was relaxing and we slept great, the showers had good pressure and the fridge was stocked with extra water when we asked. The bar tenders and wait staff were friendly and helpful every day. The food was better than expected compared to other all inclusives I've been to.

we didn’t like to wake up at all hours at night and early morning, with the noise from carts carrying items by the employees in the hallways , The toilet paper was like sand paper, it was terrible, there wasn’t an alarm clock in the room , which is needed when you wake up at night and want to see what time it is. also the Ubers should be allowed to get to the front of the hotel to pick up people, we are older and didn’t need to walk so far to be able to get the Uber. The shower floor was very slippery. The cleaning lady forgets to replace conditioner and hand cream all the time. the painting in from of the bed was depressing , also the pillows were bulky and uncomfortable, the little bar didn’t have a light to see the area. the young lady with eyeglasses that claim to be the supervisor at checking in was very rude and when I told her that we weren’t going to be back , she showed that she didn’t care, she should be trained how to treat the customers.

I love the gardens, the pools were beautiful.

The basketball hoops were broke. No crown royal.

It was great. Unfortunately, I got really sick the second day I was there so I was not able to enjoy it like I would of liked too.

Loud music daily at pool, echos through the resort. room had some hiccups. Power, hot water, jets in the hot tub didn't work, ac broke. They always came to fix, as soon as they could but the price was steep to stay there for Mexico , I felt the problems shouldn't be happening with regular maintenance. Windows from my room could be cleaned so you get a clear view of beautiful mountains.

The food wasn't that great, people would grab the best pool spots in the morning and leave their stuff there all day, and you have to walk a ways to get to the Uber spot.

WE surprised and disappointed that the resort didn't have an actual "Gift Shop" on the resort property that sold RIU Resort logo Items and other gift items. The little convenience store had very little variety of anything. It would have been nice to have had that and more in the way of a boutique. For such a large resort, having only (1) One Towel shack for 2 large pool area's seems to be inadequate. There needs to be (2) Towel shacks. One bu each pool area. RIU Palace looks like it is ready for some remodeling or maintenance. The pools are showing signs of needing tile work. We had a Gardenview room and the 1rst floor and were having issues with mosquitoes in our room coming in from the front entrance hallway every time the door was open to go in and out of our room. We then fought off mosquitoes all night long in our room.

Location. Absolutely beautiful. Resort was clean and well taken care of. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Good value for your vacation dollar.

The food quality and in particular the meal at the Krystal. It was also sad that the pool would close so early!

The room, view, amenities, and service staff were all amazing. We felt safe and taken care of in an amazing location.
