The food was mediocre...the buffets during the day were ok. The restaurants were alright. Also wish there was more/better entertainment.

The staff were great, shout out to Jorge at the pool bar who always said hello and was attentive. All the staff went above and beyond to help.

The dampness and musty smell of the room on humid days. Didn't like that their was NO Mexican restaurants available on the property. Majority of the food in the restaurants were bland. I had a difficult time with the amount of flies on the food at the buffets.

The setting was amazing. The pool was beautiful and didn't feel too crowded. The staff was attentive and friendly. The wait staff at all the restaurants on the property treated us well. Pepe's hot off the grill burgers were good, with a fresh bun.

It stated it was Adult exclusive the resort had families with young children. Also it suppose to be non-smoking and it was not enforced. People everywhere smoking.

The food was not near as good as I had hoped. The rooms smelled like mildew so bad that we requested to move. The new room seemed just as bad as the original room we had.

It was in a great location just far enough away from all of the hustle of downtown. Drinks and staff were great.

The staff are not as attentive for poolside service as in other places we have been to. Seem to only come by once every 20-30 mins. The resort has tile hallways and gets very noisy late at night as people roll in. Voices carry...especially the loud ones, and the doors close with a crescendo of a bang too....if you are a light sleeper you will be kept awake for a while as the late crowd staggers home. Food - the buffet is the highlight, good variety of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The theme restaurants are a disappointment, especially the Indian. Just awful. Its a shame as the set menu should be easy to perfect but all the options are mediocre at best. And the dress code is optional just in case you were wondering.

The location is great, it has beach access and is close enough to town to get a taxi in and out easily. The views are exceptional and the facility maximizes those aspects very well. The resort is easy to navigate and has plenty of pool space for everyone. Bars are a plenty and not too busy. The lobby bar and its view is spectacular, great place to spend the late afternoon or evening past sunset

our room was a little dated, not modern but clean and spacious

large resort complex with various pool areas and decks chairs always available! All inclusive resort, great drinks especially the mango and strawberry ice daiquiris sitting by the pool! Excellent food in all venues with great friendly hotel staff! Buffet options and also an Italian, Japanese, Indian and Fusion restaurant on site! cannot book first in first served! There is also a restaurant heavy on Meats which also had pork ribs and was delicious! Close distance to the marina and nightlife! Amazing views of the water, beach and Arch area from our pools! Resort also had a bar and cafe area with amazing views over the beach! 2 sister hotels next door which you can visit and eat, drink and also use their facilities! in comparison I’m glad we chose this one!

For the hotel being 5* I felt it lack on quality evening performance and shows. All rooms should have Jacuzzi. The restaurants/hotel should accept restaurant reservations to better manage the flow of people. I rather do reservations at the beginning of my check-inn than wait long time. But not big deal may be some people prefer freedom of not to commit to certain time during their holidays. I get that. The food either 5* quality either as we have experience better elsewhere in Mexico resorts, although must say it was well presented!! The pools get too crowded as the sea isnt swimmable. Most people hang around the pool and it can get overwhelming, especially when you came to holiday here for some quality, peace and chill time. If you love partying and buzz with crowds you are grand!

All staff people were amazing! From cleaning to bartenders, chefs and waitresses, all were hard working and dedicated to look after you. We were there during the hurricane Kay and honestly, God bless them all! They went beyond to make us all feel safe, fed and happy in the circumstance we were in. Despite all they came to work ensure guests are taken care of! Sending so much appreciation to ..just name few.. Raul, Irma and more.... the guy down at the beach bar (don’t remember the name) was so funny with natural talent not only to serve drinks but to entertain! The rooms were cleaned every day except the day where Kay hit the hardest. They just were short on staff. Though still changed the towels!! The beds were comfy. Pool and pool area were cleaned every morning! Floors kept always clean.

They promote access to all three resorts but one of the three (Riu Santa Fe) was closed due to remodeling. That was disappointing since we were looking forward the the water slides and the Riu pool party.

Staff was amazing! The bartender Miguel at the La Ventana lounge made my birthday memorable. A+++

The refrigerator didn't work. The iron had to be replaced and the hotel floor wasn't swept when we checked in.

They closed the pools early, people are on vacation we may want to swim past 8pm. Some of the items on the buffets were not that good, but the selection was so large there was never any trouble finding good food.

The resort was absolutely beautiful, service was excellent, everyone was very accommodating. The service was very quick, and always accurate.

The main disappointment was not being able to use the beach. The beach was beautiful and clean, but the surf was to strong to enjoy the water.

The staff was excellent, the resort was very clean, and their all inclusive truly was all inclusive.

The food was not good at all. Under cooked chicken. The pool closes at 7pm that's too early. The 24 hour buffet didn't have any food at 6am for us to eat before leaving for town. The room service plates were left out for hours. The 2 beds next to each other sucks.
