The hotel staff where exceptional. Christy and the other team members where so professional and welcoming. It was by far my favourite stay during our Mexico vacation. It was our honeymoon and the staff made it even more special. Also the location allows for a nice walk into the center whilst crossing the most delicious street food. The place was clean, quite, welcoming. Great memories with my new Amigas Christy and the team.

We stayed one night in this hotel and we would have extended if we had the time. The room was very clean and cozy. We did not use the kitchen therefore we cannot say something about the equipment. But the room was huge and the bathroom had also a good size. We had the room directly beside the pool and we read some ratings that the pool is too loud and that you hear that in the room. We cannot confirm this. The hotel is not directly in the city center but you will reach the center after a 10 min walk. For us this is a comfortable distance. The pool area and the hotel in common is nicely decorated with a lot of plants. The air conditioning as well as the wifi worked absolutely fine but we've been there during off season. In summary the price-performance ratio is really good and we would stay there again.

We spent a nice stay in Sayab Hotel, the pool is quiet and relax, rooms are big and beds are confortable. Chris at the reception will be pleased to help you for anything. City center is by 10-15mn walk

Not enough water pressure in the shower.

The room is very large and very comfortable and had a kitchen area with a coffee machine. Coffee, beers and Pepsi were provided as complimentary, which was very nice. The best thing about this hotel was the amazing staff, Christina in particular was exceptionally friendly and couldn't do enough to make us fell at home and welcome. When she found out it was our honeymoon she put rose petals on the bed and put a bottle of wine and chocolates in the room. Lovely touch. The pool area was also excellent.

The water didn’t drain out of the shower well. we had to turn the shower off halfway through and wait for it to drain.

We stayed five nights at the property - we highly recommend it. It is a pleasant ten minute walk from Valladolid center and they rent bicycles from the hotel. There were three members of staff (Christina, another woman, and a man at night time) and they were very friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool, and the apartment was very luxurious, with a huge comfortable bed,sofa area, beautiful tiled floor and private terrace atea for each apartment.

I wished for more pillowcases for extra pillows but I didn't think to ask until I was already on my way to being asleep.

The facilities were gorgeous and quiet. We enjoyed them very much. The staff was also very nice and also patient with our limited Spanish skills.

A 10-15 walk to down town, our room flooded after a thunderstorm, sink and shower generally slow to drain, ants in doorways.

Friendly staff, free water and snacks, huge room, great AC, TV, useful kitchen amenities (microwave, dishes, cutlery, fridge, sink), nice shower, good availability re: parking. Modern / well maintained setting.

Rooms are big and confortable well served with amenities, perfect cleanliness, nice bed and sofa. The premises are in great condition and it has a nice, cozy small pool, very pleasant to refresh after a warm day. Staff is simply great.

Not a minus, but something just to be aware - Location - it's not central. Still in a walking distance (10-15min to main square, even less to many bars/restaurants), neighborhood is safe all the way from center. It might be considered a downside, but at the same time if you want to visit cenotes, ek Belem, Chichen Itza by car it's s great location as main roads are close to the hotel (as well as road to Rio Lagartos and highway Cancun-Merida). There are also small shops (oxxo) and big markets (Chedraui) in the area. Depending on the needs location might be a big advantage but also disadvantage, so just worth to be aware

Room - big room and big bed. Room is stylish and very functional. There is a small terrace as well. All rooms equipped with fridge, coffee machine, microwave and some basic cutlery. It was all clean. AC working very efficiently. Public areas and pool are great - if all rooms are occupied I presume it might get crowded at the pool but it was not a case for us, every time we've used pool we did get it only for us. There are tables next to pool, good spot for breakfast or evening. Some nice extras from the hotel - complimentary water, two complimentary beers, two pepsi cans and some snacks. Staff was also very nice and helpful, partially English speaking. It total one of two best hotels we've visited during trip through Yucatan.

An absolute must if you're in the area. Such a great value for the price...massive rooms, thoughtful staff, clean, and beautiful designs of colors and plants throughout. Wish I could have stayed longer! Christina and the other staff were incredibly courteous and kind and made the experience even better!

Location! the only negative, about a 20-30 min walk to the town centre. Easy walk, just annoyingly out of the way a bit. Taxi from the bus station was only 50 pesos. However, it was cheap and very comfortable which outweighed the location.

Great room - large, big bed, air con, fridge, decent bathroom, patio area. Swimming pool you could chill by in the day. Good WiFi
