The worse thing about the whole stay is that the washroom does not have any ventilation which is so weird. As a result, there’s no way to get rid of the moisture or air other than the room itself. It leads to a bit of moldy smell in the room and you can’t even open the windows as the ac is on due to heat. I can’t think why the architect didn’t even think of building a ventilation for the washroom!

The location is good as it’s on the hotel zone although you have to travel a bit to get to the main spots. The short street leading up to the hotel from main road is well lit. Breakfast is also good and made fresh. The best thing about the hotel is the staff as they are very friendly and respectful. There is also a restaurant very near the hotel which was pretty good for dinner.

Wifi was only in the lobby but it was such good value for money that wasnt a huge deal.

The little paths through the trees were gorgeous, the breakfast was so tasty and different every day. Staff were lovely and helpful. We were in an upstairs room that was surrounded by trees , it was like being in a treehouse, loved it. Perfect base to explore the fabulous area. The Italian restaurant round the corner is really nice too and theres a convenience shop really close by.

Nice little patio in jungle setting. Shower was big with plenty of hot water. Pool was very nice for lounging as it was heavily shaded by trees.

Location is great ! Really clean room everyday. Water bottles for each guest everyday. Bus stop really near Price by night for the money.

There were 3 more rooms in the same space, you can hear went they talk,doors slammed and feels like they were in the room I booked. No internet connection in the room. Mattress not comfortable and old furniture.

Breakfast is very little portion, with one small coffee included but tea is paid extra, crazy. Also each morning you have to walk to the reception for a breakfast coupon which is annoying. Wi-Fi in the rooms didn't work for one day.

This hotel is very well located, even though it is not facing the beach side of Cancun. It is remote, safe and surrounded by jungle trees and animals - offering a true Mexican experience. Staff is welcoming and cleaning personnel is very efficient.

No Wi-Fi in the rooms. We had cockroaches, not too many, but we saw them several times. Bedsheets and towels were washed and clean, but with stains which still made it uncomfortable to use. The room was really humid, so all the clothes were a little bit wet. Safe didn’t work. We couldn’t open the window (maybe that’s why it was so humid). In general, the room looked old and not that nice, there was no wardrobe, curtains were super old with stains everywhere

Well the negative point is that there is no coffee machine and no internet in the rooms you have to access it in the lobby and they should improve the breakfast

About the room, if you could get the one in ground level it will be a delight to wake up and sit outside so you could see birds and little lizard roaming around you. For the location, it is a perfect area because you are in both direction, by bus the R1 or R2, one side at 10 min from Cancun downtown and on the other direction you head to the beaches, hotels and bar clubs. And as for the air conditioning in the room it was working well
