Great property and great staff, convince of having beach very close to room as well as little custom kitchen which can make meals as u need! Lot of space! Well maintained and kept clean.

The road in the hotel zone is overwhelmed with traffic most of the day and is in poor condition. It often takes 30+ minutes to travel the last 2 km.

The support staff are amazingly attentive; and the place in immaculate condition because of their efforts. The beach is beautiful and Suenos' cabanas give guests wonderful location to relax on the beach. We were there for full week and had a different excellent breakfast each day. Had lunch couple of times, and it was very good as well. The location has a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance.

Beautiful jungle style, stunning private beach & great location. The staff were so friendly, very polite & helpful. The breakfast was excellent every day. We had a stunning view of the beach & sea from our room, woke up to a sunrise every morning. Very quiet part of the hotel area aswel but within walking distance to the restaurants & bars.

The only thing we would say needs an upgrade are the mattresses. They are on the older side and sag so the sleep is not as comfortable as it could be.

The staff are all amazing, good-hearted and honest, warm individuals. It’s a small team and you can tell they really care for the venue and their guests. We were lucky to be looked after by them!

The hotel is gorgeous and a peaceful gem amongst the really busy Tulum. Great rooms with sea view and nice beach access incl lounge chairs and sun beds. We had a very relaxing and recharging week here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. They were incredible with recommendations for excursions and provided lots of help to prepare my proposal to my now fiancée. An unforgettable week at Sueños.

The whole area is extremely expensive so the hotel was inkeepng with this compared to most destinations, but you didn't feel like the staff were pushing to sell you more or force a tip unlike the local restaurants and bars

We miss absolutely everything about Suenos!! It was so peaceful despite it's location, and we got an extra upgrade which was so lovely. The grounds were beautifully done and so well kept, including the beach. The staff were incredible, seeming to know what you wanted before you did! They were very attentive without being intrusive. Guillermo in particular was amazing (and happens to make the BEST margaritas!). The rooms are spacious, extremely clean and well maintained. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing luxurious stay in Tulum.

beautiful property, feels secluded and private away from busy street with lots to walk to. rooms were great. staff was fantastic and so kind. breakfast was really nice. we were there during the end of April and felt like we had the place to ourselves. even though the weather was great. beach beds were great. pool was nice.

I have stayed in many places around the world but Sueños is truly special. From the minute you walk in and feel the sand under your feet, you feel a sense of tranquility, a sense of home. Yara who runs the place pays attention to detail and is super friendly and helpful and the same goes for Mirz, Chefs Jose Luis, Rafa and Ivan, who’s a master at making passionfruit mezcalitos. Don’t leave without trying one! And there’s Lobo, a German shepherd dog who first barks at you and then remembers you and is a sweet, gentle soul. I had the best stay here and almost don’t want to recommend it so that it stays a secret gem. There are so many hotels in the Tulum hotel zone, but if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting right by the beach, then look no further. Thank you Sueños!
