The one thing if I had to complain, would be the mini bar when being stocked, beers were room temperature in that cold.

The location location location. It was very clean, friendly and courteous. Staff, food was top rate, so were the drinks, waiters and bartenders.

The gym was not open 24 hours a day.

I loved that the location was right on the marina and everything was walking distance from the hotel. The staff were so accommodating, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast selection was delicious and the property had a lot of amenities.

The activities’ staff member Estela. She was misinformed in the excursions she sold us however our group of 5 paid the price. A lot of hidden fees even after I asked for all the details. She’s the classic example of someone who says anything just to get the sale. Be careful. Our room had roaches.

The breakfast included a variety of food. Unfortunately, the hot foods were not even warm. The location of the hotel is great if you are planning on going to night clubs, and restaurants downtown. It is not ideal if you want beach access.

Rooms were not cleaned properly. Bad options for morning coffee, Front desk staff took 45 minutes for a simple check in, why? My husband checked in. I got stuck on a late flight and Hector the front desk clerk was very confrontational over my need for a wristband. Believe me the place was a dump. No one was sneaking in for breakfast. The mattresses were of poor quality, the only plus to this place is the location. Jerry, one of the front desk clerks tried to help but the confrontational attitude of Hector was more than anyone would want to deal with. Would never recommend to anyone or stay there again.

The hotel takes big groups of teenagers and they get out of control at night some times untill 3:am, they are loud, from running, screaming and making all types of noise. So if your plan is to sleep and rest well at night, this is not your hotel. Go somewhere else, we could only sleep well the first 2 nights out of 5 because the noise comming from the teenagers, they don't have respect that people are trying to sleep and rest.

Location, the food, cleanliness and the staff, they are excellent people, no complains about them.

- Value for money is really low in our opinion - Buffet breakfast (we did not have all inclusive so cannot say for the rest) was not great, juices were not fresh, options were limited and just found the quality of the food really basic (except the tacos!). Only black coffee… no coffee machine, you have to pay on top if you want a cappuccino or other specific coffee….. - The rooms are not all refurbished so be careful with the pictures before booking, the hotel is in general in need of a refresh

+ The location is great, close to the center and the Marina to walk day and evening + Main beach is 10/15 minutes walk, really easy to access it + The « a la carte » breakfast is great + Shuttle to go to the airport (22 usd which is good compared to the taxi) + The pool and the bar are enjoyable with a great view on the marina

the food could have been better, we paid for all inclusive but we went outside of the hotel and paid for food the whole time which sucked

The music during dinner times was a bit loud.

Great location at the marina, easy to access activities and restaurants/bars, although we did the all inclusive and ate at the resort. Also a short walk to the beaches. Property was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Love the view, breakfast, comfty bed, location, staff is very accomidating, pool and spa is wonderful. This is our 3rd stay here and we will be back again!
