The different price in drinks from one bar to the next at the pool and breakfast area😡. Same drink was $10 or $12 or $15 and the bar tenders at pool seemed confused about what to charge…

Did not like that we had no internet for 3 days. That the key cards often needed replacing. Also that the suite it paid for was not the one with kitchenette I expected and upgraded for and had no resolve after 3 days of requesting a manager to action. Did not like that we had to access our room via stairs

in our standard one king bed room, water for showers took a long time to get warm, absence of furniture with drawers to put clothes, no convenient vanity to put cosmetics in bathroom area, poor bathroom lighting.

Room was on 3rd floor and had to climb stairs to reach it. The room was a little dark for our older eyes. The view was 4 concrete walls with very little light. The wifi went down for most of our stay. 7th

The fact that we had to wait so long for the room that we should have had from the get go! The room was noisy as the Hotel is across the street from a Disco - earplugs helped :)

It took a bit of talking and patience to finally get a room with a better view. The pull out couch beds were not good so they brought us a roll-away bed which was fine. The restaurant was fabulous and the included breakfast was amazing! The staff were great as well. Oh yes, the spa and pool area were awesome - we had a great massage!

I'm a light sleeper so as much as I was happy to hear/see the sea lions near us, it also woke me up few times 😅

Service was great. We first didn't have a good room (too noisy and looked old) but they changed us to a much better one with amazing view without problem. Breakfast buffet was great (banana pancakes were delicious) and good variety. It's clean and staff is friendly. Location was perfect!

Room was very small. bathroom very small. pretty sure there was a small cockroach in my bathroom. had to sleep with a light on. toiletries seemed like poor quality. pool area was great but the pool water did not seem very clean. menus are not very good, only have small selection of drinks.
