Lunch and dinner choices on the all inclusive were not all that great. The service was very slow and the quality of the food wasn't what I had hoped for for the price. Only one place to eat was in an air conditioned place all the others were outside and the daily temps made it not enjoyable to eat because of the intense desert heat. The icing on the cake was that the air conditioning in the room would barely get it to 76 degrees Fahrenheit. Thank goodness for travel fans so we didn't sweat to death when we were trying to sleep.

The breakfast buffet was the only food in the all inclusive that was good. All the other food choices under the all inclusive package were average to poor quality. Soft drinks and bottle water free were a plus, but if you didn't get a beer the other alcoholic drinks tasted "watered down".

Only complaint is that you can hear all the bars/clubs all night long as you're sitting in bed. It was a little hard to sleep

My first room had a big stain in the middle of the sheets and the cover to the electrical switch in the shower area it was missing. They switched my rooms and upgraded me to a larger room which also had dirty sheets, there was a big stain in the middle of the bed.

The location, price, and mostly the friendliness, honesty, and helpfulness of all of the staff. I accidentally left some clothing when we checked out and called the resort as soon as I noticed and the housekeeping staff had already turned it into the lost and found. They held it at the front desk for a friend of mine who was staying in the area to pick up for me!

The whole place could do with a face lift. One day no hot water, problems with keys not working, door lock to verandah broken. Room not serviced until I called and then not until after 4pm. We had a room for myself and husband and a separate room for my son. On check in we were told the rooms were close together, when in reality they couldn't have been further apart.

I would like to have a better room and location for my first time staying in your hotel. Had to take stairs from second floor to the third floor, with the luggage somewhat difficult to carry up.

During check-in, we received the towel key cards, which, if lost, was a 40 dollar charge. After the first day, we had to attend a sales pitch to be included in the Club Tesoro, which was about an hour long, and the cheapest option was about 2500 dollars and 150 a month after for x amount of years (similar to timeshares but not). Also, after the first day, we missed the discount on purchasing additional activities on a few big ticket items, which, of course, we forgot/ didn't think we would want to do at the time. Elevators could be a bit tricky. Sometimes, you'd need to scan your room card in order to get in and out of the elevator morning/mid-day/evening, I understand it's a security thing, but why not have scheduled hours for when you need to scan and when not to since you have security there already during the day. Pool side bathrooms are located downstairs, which for my wife was quite dangerous after a few drinks. The bed was comfy at first, but quickly, the bottom sheets would rip away, and the pillow top was a little bit rough and uncomfortable on the skin.

The concierge was super helpful trying to find us activities to do on our week long anniversary, the first day of check-ins, and even gave us discounts on the activities. The complementary breakfast was delicious in either restaurant you choose to eat at, the lighthouse is great for portion sizes and timing between appetitisers and main course, the rooftop restaurant is great for days that you may or may not have had to much to drink the day before, the buffet style breakfast has everything that you'd might want to eat. The bar at the pool is by far the bar to go to inside the hotel (maybe bais), the blue cloud (blue curascow, vodka, rum chata) what me and my wife called it during our trip was by far the sneakiest drink that we both had during our trip. We both loved the fact that we could get towels poolside and didn't have to bring on of our towels from the room was a lifesaver on multiple occasions. We had a 3rd floor room that overlooked the city skyline, and we didn't have to go very far (15 min walk at most) to anywhere we wanted to go that being; bars, shops, restaurants, marina, the beach and for us most importantly the dock to whichever attraction we were attending at that day. You're also very close to the clubs (about a 10 minute walk), which my wife always said that she wanted to go, but we just didn't for one reason or another.
