Very noisy we stayed on the 5th floor and all night and early morning was noisy. The receptionist are not friendly or polite.

You can feel and hear the bass of the club next door. It all stopped at 4-5am. Asked to have a room in the other side but stated they were all booked.

The breakfast buffet should be replenished more often. Smaller potions an keep them fresh.

On my stay October 30, room 625 there were no towel's in the room. On my next stay Nov. 2, room 603, the toilet seat was on the floor.

The room I got was dirty! Especially the bathroom. The day I had to be early at an appointment 6am all the elevators were down and there was no valet at that time and had to run down the emergency stairs,I was on the 8th floor! 🤯

Only good thing this time was the location, it's walking distance from a lot of other plaza and shops.

The heater didn’t work. The lock was temperamental. The carpet was dirty. There was no view at all. The receptionist was not helpful when I asked to change to a better room.

The property is fine, I did not like the customer service and actions.

I announcement that I would check in late, even when someone called me over the phone. When I arrived to the Hotel my reservation was gave away. They sis not help me to find even another room or location. I felt discriminated and the service was very unprofessional.

The only thing I like was that the manager came to assist me and finally after 1 hour of wait she finally gave me a room.

The receptionist named Lisbeth refuse to respect the reservation made from your site even thou I had a Reservation # from your site. She said that the priority was given to customers who came direct to the Hotel. She refuse to charge my card saying that your site had already charge my credit card and that it did not go thru. I had to wait 1 hour for the main manager to come by to help me with this situation. It happen on Oct 26, 2022 at 3:15pm-4:20pm

The cleaning on the stay from night 1 to 2 was not very well like most stays there. Noise from Las Pugas was Ok on Friday night but pretty unbearable for sleeping on Saturday night.

Towel shortage. No coffee or cups in room on last day. No additional parking for extra auto although there was ample parking in structure. The staff were very nice and smiles were plentiful but, they are very mono- lingual. It was difficult to find good translators. There were many foreign visitors and language seemed to be an issue with the staff even in reception.

Greeted very poorly at the front desk and treated in an unfriendly manner. Hotel is very dated, not modern. For the same price, I could stay in a much nicer and more modern hotel in a better neighborhood with better amenities and better customer service. Restaurant food was low quality, wilted salad, very sad.

The room A/C and heater did not work. Shower floor was too slippery. Shower door had hardware missing.
