We stayed in a private room and it was lovely - it was really nice and clean and the heat actually wasnt too much of a problem as the fan was facing right over the bed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Ther e is a smaller quieter beach about a 20 min walk away with some shops and restaurants.

Hostel Tower Bridge was a good choice to stay at, we wanted to avoid the noice from Party area La Punta. Nice Beaches are walkable e. g. Playa Coral. Public Transport to La Punta and Playa Zicatela for 20 Pesos. Coffee and breakfast and beer in the evening for reasonable prices. The staff was always very nice and we had a very nice stay. The Tower room was beautiful!

The toilet of the private room was a bit smelly. Sometimes it is a bit noisy in the evening but at 12 there is silence! The location is not amazing, a bit isolated, 25 mins walk for the center and 25 min taxi from the touristic area (la punta). But the mercado where you can take the collectivos is 10 min walking and within 20 min walking you can also reach the beaches on that side which are very nice :)

The hostel setting is nice, a lot of plants, a clean pool and common areas. I also liked it that has multiple levels and there is a terrace upstairs to dry clothes or to use as a free space. The staff is helpful. Plus they serve breakfast for 120 but it is waffles and eggs, fruit and bread all you can eat (it can fill you up for the whole day!). Rooms are simple but clean! They help you organizing your excursions and also organize events in the hostel!

Loud music from the bar until midnight plus really bad mattresses made it very hard to get sleep.

A group of guys that were volunteering there were noisy and obnoxious and also they were talking horribly about women. The kitchen was locked (every drawer) until someone would unlock each drawer and you needed to ask them to turn on thw gas stove each time if you wanted to use it, which was annoying.

1) As mentioned in Booking.com, free drinking water but the filter was out of service for almost 2 days and hotel Kitchen doesn't have paid bottled water also.

The property is clean , staff is very friendly. Location to Puerto Escondido centro and Playa Bacocho, Coral, Carrizalillo is near but Playa Zicatela , La Punta Playa Zicatela is far.

Look, this is a pretty basic hostal. No a/c in dorms, no hot water in the showers. It's pretty damn hot, so only one of those is really needed. I didn't mind it, but if you need air conditioning or hot water, consider a different place.

Great atmosphere and wonderful people! Overall, it's really good backpackers/party hostal. I really enjoyed my time here and would happily come back. The pool is really nice and the common areas are super great. I like the location, it's close to some really good beaches and not too far from downtown.

Super nice hostel, exactly what you are looking for if you are a solo traveler (or a group of friends). I went to puerto escondido to take surf lessons and the surf school the hostel recommends is amazing. Everyone working at tower bridge is super nice and welcoming and every night, there is an acivity (beer pong, uno night, foosball tournament) so you will get to know people fast. There are many nice spots to eat around as well. The nearest (and best in my opinion) beach (carrizalillo) is about a 15 - 20 min walk away, this beach is not as touristy and many locals go there to surf and relax. Facilities and cleanliness are good. I would definitely recommend this place and would/will go back there for sure.

Our room was infested with termites. And thé internet was a bit weak in thé rooms upstairs. Thé bathroom also kind of sucks as it is very tight with thé toilet and shower occupying thé same space.

Thé common areas are really nice, and thé pool at thé hostel is great. Also pretty close to thé market, collectivos, and ADO terminal (15-20 minutes walking).

No AC, i'm not a big fan of AC but some rooms really need it, it can be very warm and humid in PE and the fan is not enough to freshen up the room. We came back a week after our stay and we had a warm room and we were sweating directly after taking a cold shower even though the room had a vent to take out the warm air.

A little jungle in the middle of the city. The swimming pool is perfect for the warm days in Puerto Escondido. The kitchen is big. Perfect to prepare your meals. A lot of tables to eat or work from. The wifi is reliable. The atmosphere is relaxed. The owner is very nice with good tips, and the staff very friendly. We came back after our stay. The location is good if you want to stay in this area. However I would recommend renting out a scooter to move around, the taxis are quite pricy and always trying to rip you off.

The staff gave us so many wrong advices. We asked them about good street food - they said they dont have that in Puerto Escondido. We booked a tour through them - it was horrible. We asked about buses to Oaxaca - they send us to the wrong bus station. But they did help out and spoke english!

The room was nice, but the pool/bar area was amazing! The hammocks next to the pool were very relaxing. The vibe was very chill and the kitchen was cute. We had a problem with the toilet not flushing and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes, right away! Overall, one of the best stays in mexico.
