Does not have a really good view to the ocean and the road to get to it. But besides that it’s really beautiful

The villa is really nice! The pool is just perfect to chill mad have some drinks.

The location was great and that's about it. Be warned, the bed is hard...that's subjective,

Staying here was a bad experience and the host was unprofessional. Imagine this you arrive only to find out you cannot lock the door. I informed the host and was told the next day it would be fixed. Next day comes and goes and it's unfixed. I nicely updated the host and she indicated her contact had an accident and couldn't show up (I was not updated). The next day it gets "Fixed." But when I locked the door that night, from the inside, it LOCKED ME inside. I couldn't get out. She did send someone and it took them a while but finally was able to let me out. I was very frustrated and the host refused to take my call and would only text. As part of the resolution....the guy that came climbed through the bathroom window. I tried to lock that window...but it would not lock. An obvious security concern that she was unconcerned with....stating it's safer there than in the "States." Next evening, I lock up and it LOCKED ME IN AGAIN. It was late so I had to climb through the bathroom window and unlock it from the outside. I scraped up my forearm and leg pretty decently, it was dangerous. The Host didn't care and did not apologize. I had to leave the door and window unlocked every evening. I could lock the door from the outside when I left for the day, but had to leave it unlocked during the night. Obviously at this point, I'm totally frustrated. Then the wifi went out. For context, it may have been my fault, I guess something got unplugged outside. There was only one outlet near the coffee maker and toaster...both of which I used and may have unplugged the router (not sure). I let the host know the afternoon and there was no response after 2.5 hours so I sent a not so nice text and she responded "Excuse me, you cannot expect me to respond within an hour (it was 2.5 hours) then stated "Just a reminder that you booked a self service venue." At least she sent me an alternative to get wifi.

the view, the proximity to the beach and town, restaurants, shops. The AC works

Really nice front yard and pool. The roof lets in some scorpios, ants ans other insects - but other than that it was all good!

Shocked by how poor I was treated by property manager, lack of service provided and low quality .

Overall, NOT WORTH THE MONEY. So many better place to stay in town. This was a total disappointment. On arrival I noticed a few things that weren’t ok. After arriving, the cleaning lady came and sat on my patio outside of door of the room for over an hour while I was inside. She was playing a game on her phone with the sound on, it was intrusive, I was eaten by mosquitoes as the mosquito net had massive holes. Most mornings the gardener came to the property at 630/7am and woke me up doing the yard work I immediately contacted the property manager in the morning . She replied saying that if I didn’t like it, I could find another place to stay . I was shocked by her response. I didn’t bother contacting her with all the other problems that arose during my stay. Other problem: internet was useless and very slow Pool was falling apart, I couldn’t use the railings to get out because they were rotting out of the deck Water pressure in the shower was very low and the shower head was so clogged the water shot out from every direction. The unit was not easily accessible. If you struggle with mobility, you wouldn’t like it here. The pool chairs were so uncomfortable that I couldn’t lay on them for more than a few minutes With no shade, the pool water was hot I stayed for 7 days and no one cleaned my room or replaced my towels of sheets or emptied my rubbish bins. The kitchen was not well equipped I could list more faults, but just look somewhere else to stay

Not worth the money. More like 1 star with a very rude manager
