Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomGym was not ready. Chose this place specifically for a gym. Nowhere to hang clothes. Could be sorted to make the room more comfortable.
New hotel with fantastic, helpful staff. Sparse but spacious room with a huge, comfortable bed. Laundry service (for a small fee) was very quick.

SwedenThe area was not the greatest, it felt a little sketchy. They have a photo of a garage, but the garage is locked, so it's not possible to park your car there. Instead you could park your car in front of the building, with camera surveillance. They have a cost of 200 MXN for parking per day, which was not advertised on booking.com, but they never charged me for it.
Nice staff and new hotel, so everything was in pretty good shape.

It’s a new hotel. They left a towel swan on the bed.. it was very sweet. Loved shower gel and other products. Reception very friendly and even walked to the room. Lovely local restaurant just 5min away La Loteria Taqueria , my biggest recommendation.

Netherlandsit is an new hotel,,,, 1- they promised an safe box on the room --- the have no safebox 2- they have an swimmingpool - it is more an litte bigger than an bath tube... the hotel is misleading thre clients to get an higher raste as 4 star hotel....= that is the marketing department -- they are lying to us..... in there text the pay Booking.com = 25 % commision.....for every booking.....Booking schoould be an give an low percentage instead = 25 % commission...so they can built op the revieuws--- bij the experience

The staff is incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely warm-hearted, always going the extra mile to fulfill every wish. A special shoutout to Héctor, Erick, and Antonio – truly 5-star employees! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The housekeeping team adds a unique touch by transforming towels into beautiful animal shapes—pure artistry! Canada- even though the property is new, it had a certain smell that smelled like a chicken den. I don’t know if it’s the paint they used, of the cleaning solution… - during the 3 nights stay I was there; there was no hot water. I was told that there is was no gas delivery… - the room does not have any storage, no closets, no shelves, and in the king room, the bed takes almost the entire space/rooms are small. - the AC blows air directly into your head in the room, wish they positioned it in another place - elevator was broken 2 days out of the 3 days stay

United KingdomThe area. There was nothing around and not the best. We should have researched this. There could have been more personal touches such as a bottle of water, kettle etc. There was nowhere to hang any clothes and the room was basic. New and clean but basic.
The hotel was new and the bed was comfortable. The staff were also friendly. There was a nice roof terrace that could have been amazing with a few sun beds.
