The web page states that they have free parking, but the space is limited. I had to leave my car outside the facilities the first day. People at the front desk were not supportive, basically they said it was our problem.

Location is great, just in front of the Marina.

Nobody is at the front desk and they keep the door locked. Makes it inconvenient as well as dangerous. Had to stand outside multiple times for greater than 15 minutes ringing the bell until I was let in. Conversely also was stuck on the inside many times with no way out until someone came to unlock the front door. Guests should be given the front door key in addition to the room key and this problem would be easily resolved.

The beds are really hard and therefore not comfortable. When we arrived in the room, one bed was used and had black hairs on it. There are prostitutes in the area, but we didnt feel unsave.

The only small downsides are that the hotel does not have a laundry service and it is slightly far from the city centre, though it's not a big issue as Oaxaca is very walkable and taxis are also an option.

The staff are really friendly, the room is clean, the shower has great water pressure and is hot, and they provide free bottled water.

Strange smell present in our room and some of the hallways and the staircase, reminiscent of a strange smell that might be present at an ongoing construction site or something. I couldn't quite figure out what was causing it, but opened windows to help air out the room. The desk manager kind of brushed it off as being a sort of "newly available room smell", something it most certainly was not. Not unless a newly cleaned room should smell like a chemical spill of some kind. Also, the sheets on the bed not really adequate for overnight warmth, with no comforter present at all. So thank God for the heater in the room! (That last comment on the beds could be taken as both a complaint and a compliment since I had included both.

Two large queen sized beds. Plenty of hot water. Free bottled water available once we arrived into our room.

Well, the front door is always closed. If there is no hotel worker to open it u are basically locked. That is a huge safety risk.

Stayed 5 nights and our room wasn't touched once we had to ask for extra toilet paper and bins weren't emptied. Not the best area and the hotel door is locked so if someone isn't at reception you end up having to wait until they are back, once we had to wait over 15 mins. Very limited facilities for a 3 star hotel

There was a man in the morning in front of our door and he took a very long, very loud phone call and I couldn’t really sleep after that. Theres a bit if noise in the night since a lot of the rooms have a window facing the main street.

The staff was very friendly, they helped me with everything and always had a smile on their face. The room was quite big and the wifi worked very good, which in my experience is rare for a hotel in a mexican city. The hotel is located right at the edge of the center, two blocks away you can rent a scooter, in the center you can reach pretty much everything by foot.

On a VERY noisy highway type of street Our curtains were broken There were no blankets, only very scratchy sheets It smelled like Lysol cleaner

The desk people carried my bag up the stairs for me It was pretty close to the zocalo area although it turned out to be in the red light district
