Zentik was relaxing & enjoyable-thanks to great facilities, amazing food & the warmth of its staff

It was an amazing stay, nothing negative to mention. I would definitely recommend you visit this place

Upon arrival you can feel Zentik is an oasis for you to enjoy and relax. You can use the pool & access the cave 24/7 and we took advantage of this 2 nights to cool off it was amazing. Even though there where other guests in the property it never feels crowded which contributes to your relaxation. The fish pond for your feet is amazing. The restaurant is a must try, once you have your first meal there you realize there isn't really a need to leave the property. Jorge, Miguel, Kimberly and the rest of the staff make sure you feel at home. Also, the property is well kept and Miguel is one of the members of the staff that makes sure everything is working in proper order.

The only suggestion is that they put an additional mirror in the rooms. When more than one person is trying to get ready or put on makeup it really was difficult trying to share one small counter space with one small mirror.

Beautiful property. Felt like you were in a secluded environment surrounded by lush greenery. It was visual stunning in every direction. The plant life, the art work, the layout. We enjoyed each aspect. The only downside was that it rained almost the entire time so it limited our activities. But overall we loved it. The cave cenote was our favorite. So relaxing.

In general everything ok. I wouldn’t order the green pancakes for breakfast again, but the rest of food was good.

Space is nice! We enjoy the art around it. We had a good couple massage at the spa. The place is different and offers a nudist area, a feet spa with fishes, a pool and the cave that we absolutely loved it. Our bedroom was good, the mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but the bath tub was great even for two people. The hotel restaurant was good value for money, food was good. The staff super friendly.

A fridge in the room would top this place off nicely, just big enough to keep your water cold. Our air conditioning kept breaking down, staff tried their very best to rectify it for us but it was a bit uncomfortable for a while, however we did travel in June and it was extremely hot (40 degrees+)

We loved everything about this different & quirky hotel. Beautiful artworks, rooms, staff, food & amenities. Great pool and cave pool is amazing. Lovely breakfast options for included breakfast & the purchased food and drinks were good quality and very reasonably priced. Enjoyed the turtles & resident cats. Staff are amazing and friendly and happy to have a laugh with you.. Excellent recommendations for private taxi/tours. Easy walk into town. Highly recommended, certainly not your boring old hotel room!

Great design with “the vibe”, beautiful murals around the hotel, spacious room with cozy bed and enormous bath inside room. Swimming cave and pool was 24h open so we could use late in the evening and it was just perfect.

The AC in the room was almost useless, but the fans were there. To get cold water you need to walk to the bar, we were constantly requesting for ice and denied (only once) because they had limited supply. Let them know you are in the pool so they can provide service. I got sick the second day but not sure if it was the cave water, the ice or something else, my wife was ok the whole time though.

The artwork, the eco frendly concept. The cabana with balcony, the bed, welcoming artesanal tequila 🙂 the onsite cave. Interesting free mini presentations regarding turtles and bees preservation. Food is good, fresh and tasty

I wish the location was closer to the city center. The staff was mostly great, but sometimes seemed annoyed with us (I ordered drinks 5 minutes before closing and I swear the waiter gave me an annoyed look).

The hotel room is beautiful and the grounds are lovely. The amenities are great. Loved the included breakfast and cave and pool.

It's one of the coolest hotels I've been to. The place is like an oasis where you can truly relax - quiet, surrounded by trees and flowers, with plenty of attractions like an outdoor fish spa, swimming pool with hammocks and hot water caves. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms have a really cool, etnic design, are very spacious and include a nice terrace. I can definitely recommend this place in Valladolid.

The only negative is the location as it is quite far from the center and you need a car or a taxi to get to the center.

The property is a sanctuary. Natural fish for spa, wildlife, fauna, nude sunbathing area and the cave pool were incredible Features. The rooms were super comfortable and large. The restaurant was pretty good too. The concert in the cave pool was next level incredible. I literally cried with joy at how beautiful it was.

The room is very basic, especially the bathroom give a budget hotel feeling. Ground floor is very dark, maybe second floor room is nicer. Too many mosquitos we have to kill to have a peaceful sleep. Surprisingly no electric mosquito repellent device is provided throughout our entire Mexico trip. But this hotel room has the most mosquitos :(

Nice garden and very nice vibe. Good restaurant with reasonable price and good service. Special warm cave pool opens 24 hours, oh one feet bath pool in the garden too.

    Nothing, it was perfect

I had a wonderful time at Zentik Project. Loved the cavepool and also did the musical experience there which they have every Friday night, I think. Very unusual experience and the water was lovely. The whole hotel is wonderful. The garden, all the art, lots of space, nice3 pool, lovely rooms. Best thing of all was the people. We had so much fun hanging out talking to the staff near the bar, great guys, so friendly. Also loved the live music in the morning. Highly recommend this place. 5 minutes drive to old part of town, where there is lots to see and do.

I don´t think the room was worth the price, as a relaxing point of view. Some sockets were loose, or even occupied by lamps. Room space felt too small. The sink is very uncomfortable.

All the amenities and facilities were amazing. Staff was pretty great as well! Food was delicious.
