United StatesThe value for your money is not great. You are essentially paying for the location and nothing else. We stayed at an amazing place just a 10 min walk away near Playa Camaron for about the same price, but the facilities were amazing.
The location of this hotel is great, right on the beach. The room was alright. Had the basics of what you would need for an economy stay.

MexicoThe rooms we got were not the ones we reserved, instead of two double, we got one single and one with 3 beds. Had to change that on the spot and got the actual room at 9pm. There were no glasses in the room, there was some hair in the shower that was not ours. Would not recommend.
The location was very good, a vibrant neighborhood, right on the beach, and the pool was really nice. The AC worked well.

Czech RepublicWe only got one towel (we were 3 people) and no soap. The pool didn't look very clean and the chemicals were applied while my daughter was swimming. They should have just asked her to step out for 10 min or done it a bit later. The bathroom could use reconstructing. If you need internet, the connection is not great.
It's right by the beach and well located for a stroll down the main lane. It has a fridge and a big TV.

ChileDismal experience with front desk. We initially reserved a room for 4 people, but later decided to book two rooms for two people each instead. The rooms are all the same, they accommodate up to 4 people, but they are cheaper if you book for 2. We wrote to the hotel through Booking to notify of the change well before the allowed cancellation date, but they never responded, and once we arrived the reception guy told us we would have to pay the initial rate, and kept telling us we had to sort this out through Booking, while Booking told us we had to sort it out with the hotel. The problem was not solved and we had to pay the 4 people rate.

No hi no good morning , if you asked a question the answer was No without looking up from their phone This hotel is a walk-in use tables & chairs for anyone , does not have to stay there. No one cares I had nothing stolen , but the place is run too loosely to be called a hotel . It could be excellent with the right management Owner should be interested

SpainFirst of all there was not hot water and it was really annoying . There is no place where you can hang your swimwear after the beach. Its ground flor so is very noisy. The bed 🛌 is uncomfortable and the price is too high for a room like that . I don’t recommend to anyone this place unless there is nothing less around . Bye

CanadaThe rooms were showing their age, particularly the bathrooms. That being said, everything worked and there was no shortage of hot water.
The location was great! Close to all the restaurants and the ocean. The pool was clean and very refreshing when it was 36C in the afternoon. The brand new loungers by the pool were so comfy! The staff were helpful and friendly. The A/C worked flawlessly.

Nothing. I booked a room with fans and Air conditioning. Neither worked. The AC unit was so old after 4 hours of running it didn't work. Brought the employee in and showed him it didn't work at all. They already knew, Pinche losers. I spoke to both "employees" who were completely worthless. The pics looked ok but it was a total dump. Garbage and ladders in the hallways, along the side of the building, it was just an extremely poorly run place with stained sheets, dirty, nothing worked. Especially the AC, which had no freon and no frio either.. Pathetic, worst night I have spent in a hotel since my last booking.com adventure. Dn''t use booking com, bad terms of service and to get any refund you have to bypass booking.com "customer service, an d directly dispute the full charge amount with your credit card, which I have done twice in a row with booking.com. They will list any dump that generates revenue. Booking.com is a scam. Avoid it.

United KingdomThere is a row of chairs on the beach just in front of the Room 9 window, so I was woken at 5am by people sitting there watching a movie. We didn’t have hot water until the third night of our stay, although I understand this is quite common in Zipolite.
We stayed in Room 9 which has the best view as the window looks right out onto the adjacent beach and the ocean. The hotel is central to everything in Zipolite. I particularly loved the hammock outside our door for lazing about with a book. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.
