Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Brunei DarussalamThe place is not as in the pictures showed, we went there for transit to Penang,to freshen up taking shower and take some sleep before next plane, unfortunately, there was not water supply that we had to go tp next building to get water, eventhough we were give bottle tap water by the owner, but for my sister' s kids they are still small, that they need to go there at 12am or at 6am, This was my worse experience from.my many experiences travel with family.. The cono was smelly and not clean, got worm on tje floor of the master bedroom. I called the owner at 6am to info about no water supply.
