No washing machine and dryer . Aircon is noisy and the place is a little dusty. Overall , the place is accessible and acceptable for fuss free people.

Location to tourist attractions are nearby and many good delicious hawker food within walking distance.

Location was very convenient - within walking distance to Jonker Street . Many food options and grocery stores nearby Quiet neighbourhood Pleasant stay as had all necessary amenities

it was difficult to get checked in, which ruined the start of the trip. I received a lot of WhatsApp messages in advance (rather than official messages via booking.com which I would have preferred) with rules and deposit info, but nothing about how to check in. In advance, I asked for details about how to get the keys but only got the reply “noted”. the details were only sent via WhatsApp at the official checkin hour. as a foreign traveller, I do not have internet access except on wifi so I couldn’t access these details, leading to a very frustrating time as we ran around town with bags seeking wifi. it would be better to have someone to meet foreign travellers (especially those travelling with children), or share these details earlier. I understand it helps stop people sneaking to check in early, but for us, after a long journey, it was very frustrating.

the location was excellent for the night market! a cot was provided at a fee for my little one. the apartment was spacious.

OMG, the stairs is very steep before entering the house. My mom has a bad knee and she has difficulty in climbing the steep stairs. In the main bedroom, the heater need to be fixed though, it's leaking..

Everything is good, clean, cozy, the ambience feels like home :) It is a landed house and you have your own parking space. Location near Jonker street ( around 10 minutes walking ). The host ( Miss Ong ) is very helpful. The house is fully equip with air-conditioning and the TV is full of entertaining channels. Good for family with kids to keep them entertained. Remember, you need to check out before 11 am or there will be additional fees.

The listing said 9 pax, but the house looked to be only able to accommodate seven. it also seems they don't allow guests to leave their luggage on the premises after check out time, even if the guests themselves have physically left the compound. It's quite unusual and certainly a thing to consider if your transport is leaving much later than the check out. They were however flexible enough to let us leave the premises later. Coming to that arrangement, however, was a somewhat stressful process.

The location was great. It was walking distance from jonker Street and there was food all around. The place looks old, but the water heaters worked well and the water pressure was very good.

1. Few days before depart, i called to check how many bathroom in home stay and was told 3 bathrooms. But when check in, found only 2 bathrooms. Feel dissapointed. 2. Main wooden door lock very difficult to open. Struggle to open. Key will break one day. 3. Last bed room - bathroom water pressure is very low.

House is very clean. Quiet place. Convenient location. It is just a walking distance to Jonker streets and other surrounding attractions.

Water filter in the kitchen needs to replace. Tables for luggage bags in the rooms would be a great help for the elderly to avoid bending down. Stairs up to the house is challenging for the elderly.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the unjust imposition of a non-refundable RM130 cleaning fee on my reservation, in addition to the rent. My attempt to cancel the booking and seek a full refund was met with disregard from the hotel staff. This experience has been highly frustrating. This lack of transparency and responsiveness is unacceptable for a service provider.

Overrated and overpriced. The price is not including cleaning fees and even though we pay for it, I don't feel worth it.. Bathroom's basins water are very slow..

Wet bathrooms, but understand this is typical in most of Southeast Asia. The shower was warm and good pressure.

Beds were comfortable. Air-conditioning very good and we slept well. Kitchen had fridge, microwave, cooking unit and complete set of dishes. Dining table very useful. Ideal location. A few minutes walk to the left were various food stalls and restaurant. Good duck and roast pork in air-conditioned room. Laundry and convenience stores. A few minutes to the right another food center with many different food vendors. 12 minute walk to Jonkers Street. Safe even at 11pm. Tourist attractions also nearby.

Only 1 bathroom could be used due to water pressure too low , waste time for waiting for 1bathroom. all side-table in room have a lot of dust.

Can’t think of any

The place is cozy with enough space for a group of six. Kitchen is equipped with everything, more than I imagined. Location is just 5-10 min walk to the center of old town and few minutes walk to some restaurants. Staff contacts me via what’s app and very responsive.

Some stairs to climb before entering the house, so maybe not for senior citizens if concerned. Beside this, its really good :)

Around 8-10 min close walk to jonker street/river side, there's quite some homestay nearby as well so no need to worry about walking at night. A comfy home with a fully furnished kitchen/water purifier/TV box/vacuum cleaner/hair dryer etc, will recommend for big groups. The pillows and blankets are super fluffy as well, overall very good stay!
