No variety on menu for breakfast. On the 1st day, the hotel provide Nasi Lemak, Fried Meehon & Roti Canai. On 2nd day, Nasi Lemak with chicken curry and sausage. On the 3rd day, only 1 bungkus Nasi Lemak and frozen roti canai.

• Room is quite small but ok for a short stay • Sound proofing of the room is very minimal as I can hear people walking n talking outside of my room.

• Location wise - city centre • Ample parking space • Communal iron is provided • Hot/cold water dispenser is provided too • Spacious toilet with good water pressure • A coffee shop is attached to the hotel building, decent coffee • Walking distance to banks, eateries n supermarkets

They shouldn’t put a photo of the Holy Masjidil Haram inside a frame of an elephant. It has a statue of elephant’s head on the frame. I know the owner is Indian Dato. But you should respect other religion. Choose one. Of you want to put elephant’s frame remove the mosque photo. Video as per attached. Tq.

1. Mirror - The hotel should place an additional mirror in the room. The only mirror is in the bathroom, making it difficult to get ready. 2. Parking - The car waiting area in front of the hotel is a bit narrow for cars.

We stayed for two nights during Eid. The receptionist was helpful and friendly, and suggested we could change rooms if the one provided was not comfortable, which was very accommodating. You can find a lot of restaurants nearby too.

The room i booked was acceptable with the price. The bed was hard n not comfortable for good sleep. So does the pilliow.. No dust bin in the room except in the toilet

The windows don't close properly and they're really thin and low quality. The road outside is used as illegal car racing, the noise of revving engines is horrendous. The hotel provides a kettle, but no mugs to drink from, only a glass which cannot be used for boiling water. I asked the staff for a cup/mug, but they were unable to help. The bed sheets had some stains on them. We upgraded to the deluxe room, but the room was really basic, and I think we were in a standard room. But that said, the room was a really low price. They need to replace the windows, provide cups and clean the sheets properly...all easy fixes.

We took the deluxe room, for the price memang expected small. But it was too small its very hard for us to pray in the room, I had to pray at one corner, my elbows will make in contact with wall and bed corner on either side. Ada surau, but not opened for subuh prayers. Pillows dua je, and its very flat, we request for extra tak dapat, nak exchange semua sama je flat. Plug point satu je 🥲🥲 The building is situated dkt tepi jalan utama, malam malam byk gila mat rempit sobs so we hardly sleep.

Location is very near to everything Walking distance to Ekspo Raya Temerloh (right in time season for raya) Water heater panas and water pressure kuat. Coway ada disediakan.

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Apsara Temerloh. The moment I entered the room, I noticed how extremely small it was, with no windows at all, making it feel cramped and suffocating. Worse, the room was dirty, and the toilet had a strong cockroach smell, which was unbearable. The bed sheets were stained with blood, which was absolutely unacceptable. It clearly showed that hygiene was not a priority at this hotel. On top of that, the receptionist, a young girl with fair skin, was rude and had no idea how to handle customers properly. Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely lacking. To make matters worse, the hotel invoice was given in a simple Word document format instead of a proper receipt, which felt highly unprofessional. Overall, I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place to stay in Temerloh.

1) Room size too small just like a box. Please indicate the room size in real so people will know before they book 2) Just a thin pillow, not comfortable at all to sleep 3) Booking.com failed to indicate clearly room type especially those without window 4) Booking.com failed to display clear about room with breakfast is just for 1 pax. I got mad this morning & did not touch the meal that has been served on my table. We are already in the modern year 2025. As an OTA you should guide & advise the hotel not to sell this way. You’re in AMS but the reception of the hotel are the one facing the guest. 4) Fair enough, two gentlemen after me also complaining the samething & cursing the reception.
