The sunbeds of the pool could be more comfortables, maybe with cushions?.

The perfect hotel to visit Langkawi if you dont look for a resort facing the beach. Good situation, big rooms, plenty amenities, & clean. The staff, simply the best! Two levels above the perfection. Really amazin how the staff take care of guessts in all details. From the reception’s chief, to the cleaners, all terrific. Sure I will come back to Langkawi, and for sure I will stay in Bayview Hotel Langkawi. Thanks to all them to make my stay unforgettable.

This property is well-maintained, with friendly staff, reasonable prices, and a great location. The sea-facing rooms offer a stunning view. I was pleasantly surprised to find a child tent house set up for my baby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

The property charged 50 ringit extra as tourism charge whereas i already paid my dues while booking well in advance. The property is opposite to the happening cenang beach

I think it should be noted this amazing hotel sits on a small but steep hill. It does have a ramp but is quite steep for wheelchair users. That said I witnessed a staff member assisting someone in this position.

Spotless clean throughout. Most amazing staff. Bedroom was huge and had everything you could require right down to a sewing kit. Bath and separate shower in bathroom. Really nice place to stay.

Housekeeping team is not well trained and not hygienic...I saw one of them cleaning the inside of trash box with bare hands before picking up fresh towels to place in the room. Also breakfast buffet is not suitable for Arab nationalities. More suited for Chinese and Indians.

The hotel is located around dilapidated buildings.

The room was nice and enough for me. I also like the fact that there was a 24hours laundry across that made so much easy.

The restaurant. It really lacked any personality, and felt like a service station rather an restaurant in a hotel.

The hotel was 'fine' but that's it, there wasn't anything in particularly that was wrong with the hotel, it was just a bit boring. The restaurant lacked personality, the lighting was stark and furniture and set up basic, but the staff were all really helpful. We lucked out for our stay as there was a big food festival running near by which was excellent - so we ate there every night instead.

Located near the ferry boat harbor, therefore convenient for us. Restaurants, grocery stores, etc within walking distance. I was quite pleased with the Poolside.

We had a very large room with an incredible view of the MAHA Tower and the sea/islands! The room was very clean and comfortable, although some of the fixtures and carpet were a bit worn. The bathroom was also big with a good shower and a separate bathtub. The breakfast was fun! There was a huge choice of Chinese, Malaysian, and Indian foods, as well as Western options. The location is convenient for many restaurants and the night market in Kuah, and there are a few duty-free shops and a 7-Eleven very nearby. There's also a cool bar in the hotel with very reasonably priced beers and drinks.

Old needs renovation, also the room was not very clean. The windows glass was transparent in daylight
