Great solution for 7 hr lay over. Very clean, good beds and great shower facilities. Presented with towels and amenities on arrival. Slippers in room, beds very comfortable. Located on transport level of KLIA 2. Loads of places to eat in airport.

The facilities were a lot better than expected, but there was some noisy construction work taking place overnight. Also, the pod was exposed to the elements a little from a wire fence to the outside. Shower was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good for departures, but was a very confusing walk from arrivals. I was sent in several different directions after speaking to numerous airport staff. There are two hotels with similar names which didn’t help. I wasn’t aware of this at the time of booking. But it was clean, comfortable and relatively efficient. Also, upon arrival they give you a towel, earplugs (useful for the external noise!) and a small plastic zipper bag with a toothbrush and toothpaste which was very welcome. There was shower gel in the showers which were great showers!

Small toilet space; hard to move around the bowl. Still quite pricey. If the price is lowered a bit, the hotel might have more guests.

Very spacious capsule rooms. Although the bathroom is small, the complete set of toiletries may be helpful for a quick airport shower.

No locks on doors. No ability to control temperature and air con not available in the pod. Only the hallways.

The location is a bit far from the boarding / check in area.

The facilities are clean, and the staff are both friendly and very helpful. I booked through Booking.com, but you can also walk in and book a capsule for at least three hours. Upon check-in, you'll be given a bag with towels and other amenities you may need. Just be sure to return the towel when checking out at the counter. The toilets are shared but well-maintained, though the space can feel a bit cramped. The bed is comfortable and surprisingly spacious—there's enough room to lie down and stretch comfortably. This is a great option for resting during a layover or if you need a convenient place to catch some rest before an early flight the next day.

Pods were very much not soundproof. Any noise in the adjacent pod could be heard. Doors were also loud, so it’s impossible to be quiet for others.

The facility was excellent, with clean bathrooms, great WiFi and a lovely lounge with bookshelves and free coffee. Room small but sufficient.

Its small pod but comfortable bed Easy access after exit KLIA2 Have a safe locker Pls be aware if you wanna continue next flight to KLIA1. The waiting of bus is taking extreme too long. Put an extra 1hour time waiting !

Perfect place for transit, clean and comfortable bed with good lighting, mirror, and charging port. Easy check in and they provided slippers, towel and toothbrush. I felt fresh before my next flight and was not rushing since it was in the same terminal

Some locker at the back of the counter have to be fix, it had spoiled at the lower part, which cause my luggage is unstable when I put the luggage inside. Locker No.B18. Some of the Aircond ventilation in the female single room is not functioning. Am staying at room 108, at first was at upstairs, but I requested to change because the Aircond blower sound is straight right in front of my room door which is quite noisy even I’ve close the blinder door .
