Staying in a capsule has its advantages and disadvantages, as one would expect when sharing a confined space with numerous other individuals. The bathroom was a bit messy as there were too many users.

It offers the convenience of being located right next to the terminal, making it an ideal choice for those catching early morning or late-night flights. The sheet was clean.

Don’t book in advance. It’s huge and will never be fully booked. It’s cheaper to book at walk in than on booking.

Staff could be friendlier considering the high cost.

Very easy to reach even from terminal 1 via the train or the shuttle bus. Comfortable and everything necessary is provided so you don't need anything from your suitcase except your next day's clothes. Design and layout of the place is cool, it feels themed.

The dorms are really cold and blankets thin. Our usb charging pod at the bed was broken.

For one night it’s ok. Beds are ok, washrooms as well. There are lockers outside you have to use. You get a towel. Be aware, that there are no doors at the capsules. Just a curtain. It was quiet (but not many people sleeping there). They have a women dorm.

Fact that we had to take a express from KLAI 1 to KLAI 2. Stayed at immigration for an hour to get out to go to capsule which if I had known earlier I wouldn’t have booked from the capsule in KLAI 2. And some guests who were staying at the next capsule to us were very loud. They were hitting the walls somehow and with the shared wall it woke me and my husband. So whoever is staying at this place needs to be mindful of other guests staying here

Nothing, to be honest.

This time I had a bigger room; more spacious compared to the last one. There are extra places beside and at the end of the mattress. The placement of the container is different (horizontally, unlike the smaller cube you'd be sandwiched in between cubes) so you won't be bothered by the people around your cube (eg the noises when they accidentally hit the wall or something). Also you have better lighting in this bigger cube.

Nice clean rooms, check in any time for 12 hours within the time frame you booked, kind staff and nice warm shower at the airport! Was cleaner than other cube hotels I stayed in before so was happily surprised.

1. Most of the beds are empty the time I checked in 9pm for 3 hours only, i could understand why has to arrange next bed has occupied (because it will be more comfortable not disturb or being disturb)

Could better advertise the fact that there are showers in the mens bathroom rather than using one of the washrooms that were extremely small.

Well maintained capsule hotel with plenty of space. Great for getting some sleep on a layover, would definitely recommend to others.

There are blinds for the capsules but no way to lock them, you always have to walk outside to the big lockers. For an overnight stay I would probably look somewhere else

Nice to wind down here and catch up on some sleep after a long flight, all the necessary facilities. Big lockers to store luggage. Good welcome kit with slippers, earplugs etc.

It took us a little while to find it. Not all airport staff knew where it was located and few signs.

We stayed to take an early flight with airasia, and it had everything we needed to get some rest. It's a capsule with shared bathrooms, people coming and going, but ear plugs provided, and the space was big enough for two adults and a child. They have lockers for larger luggage.

The noises from other capsules are unbearable, especially the one above us... At 4am a couple from China was very loud (talking and slamming with door) not considering other people are still sleeping.

Check-in went smoothly. Capsules are spacious and the whole area of Capsules looks aesthetic. Toilets and showers are tiny, but efficient for cleaning. There is a corner with coffee and tea machine.
