United KingdomThe check-in process was a bit confusing as we weren't given our towels or the welcome bag and we were given vague directions to the room instead of being taken to it.
The location was super handy, right next to the airport terminals. The room was comfortable and a decent size: big enough to keep our personal belongings in. The shower was hot and with good water pressure. I'd be very happy to stay here again if passing through KL in the future.

SingaporeThe 2 wifi connections is always disconnecting. Good thing i can still connect with the free wifi of the airport. The toilet and shower area needs a little bit cleaning more.
Quiet and very recommendable for needs of hours to sleep incase cannot go to city yet or waiting for flight time. It's comfortable to sleep inside the capsule. Space is quiet big for me also, it's a plus. Can move freely as the built of capsule is sturdy. The staffs are great. All in all i enjoyed staying in the capsule. Better to book online than walk in as it's expensive when walk in.

I have stayed at Capsule Transit on many occasions when I do a KL Trip. This place is a great place to freshen up and catch some sleep before your next flight. Last time I stayed around 13 hours before my next flight. The Good. Staff are great, easy check in, Clean linen every time, awesome hot showers with soap and shampoo provided, lockers provided with key to store your things. The Bad The actual Capsules are quite hot as there is only a small vent supplying air so I find it hard to sleep. This obviously is expected as if they were all air conditioned the price would be a lot higher to stay her and most only stay for a few hours.

United KingdomThe door is just a shutter so not very sound proof - take earplugs! Pricey but it's on the airport grounds so I guess to be expected.
More space than I expected, booked a double pod for two taller people (5ft 11 and 6ft 3) not the most ideal but both got some sleep. Would recommend booking the lower bunks as the upper bunks looked and sounded much harder to get into. You're given a towel and some flip flops which are very useful to not get your own stuff wet before a flight.
