Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Convenient place to go while waiting to catch the next flight, clean and have everything ready to sleep in, recharge the devices and have a quick shower. Also I liked that the female and male zones were separated which made me feel extra secure.

Hong KongRidiculously loud and inconsiderate family having conversations and kids running around at 3am when people are trying to rest. It went on for a long time so clearly no staff were doing any rounds through the sleeping quarters for a long time.

ThailandA man opening my casual during the night
As a female sola traveller I was very concerned that I could not lock my shutter after I was inside. I struggled to fall asleep as I didn't feel safe. Just as I was falling asleep someone did open the shutter to my capsule - a man. Thankfully this ended well I screamed and he left being very apologetic. With only 5 hours available to sleep i slept very few of these as sleeping area not secure. You should make all sleeping areas lockable if you want solo female travelers to feel safe there

AustraliaTiny space, no head room - a tall person would be unable to sit up straight, let alone stand. The mattress occupied the entire cubicle. Hard to get in and out of, due to the ladder and lack of headroom. Just a blind to screen the cubicle, and it was broken. The toilets and bathroom were some distance from my cubicle. Extremely noisy from the aircon outside, the fan inside (which was necessary to keep on continuously due to the lack of ventilation), and you could hear everything outside and in adjoining cubicles. So I was woken multiple times and did not get a good sleep. The entire concept is flawed and I regret doing it. Extremely expensive for what it was. Next time I'll sleep on a chair in the airport and be better off.

GermanyThe capsule can only be closed by a somewhat thicker curtain. This and having guests come and go all night long, the place was quite noisy, although people are told to be quiet. Also, the capsule itself got quite warm during the night. The installed air con couldn't keep up with the heat. After the night, we found some marks from bedbugs on our skin. Might be from this pace. This all made us not sleep very well to not sleep at all. So, we would not come back.
The bed was very comfy and quite big for a capsule. Showers and toilets were clean and numerous. Towels and slippers are provided.
