The rooftop pool is a fantastic asset to this hotel, however there are only 5 sunbeds and the pool area was dirty. There was no place to buy a beer until the evening. On the first morning we paid for breakfast but it was disappointing with some of the pasties being very dry.

The room was big and clean with a great view. We were able to pay 50RM for an early check in. The location is good and is about 15 minutes to Bukit Bintang. When we requested clean towels, they were brought to the room in minutes.

When we came out of the pool and went to sit down, we got sent away, because we could only sit there at the pool if we would order drinks at the bar. The pool is a facility from the hotel, so we shouldn’t have to buy something to make use of that area. During checkout we asked the guy at the reception if he could print our visa (since the woman told us she could print the day before), and he told us no and then completely ignored us until we left, he literally acted like we were air while we were speaking to him.

400 rooms very busy but staff still happy to help very nice small gardens on seperate floors but no sitting around room at pool. Music very loud and a bar keen for customers but geared to younger people who didn’t spend. Loud music continued at breakfast restaurant at breakfast and disenchanted staff. But re eption concierge security all excellent.

Lifts sometimes took a while Buffet Breakfast wasn’t great at all. Not as nice as advertised.

The lifts are a little annoying as you can be waiting a while.

The hotel was great value and had all the facilities that you would need. The rooftop pool and gym were amazing. The room was a reasonable size, clean, and had air-conditioning, which is a necessity. The onsite shop was a blessing. The views are worth the room rate alone.

There was only one cockroach inside the room 😁 and windows need to be cleaned a little. They provide a parking for guests (5 MYR) but the system of payment was quite confusing. It was said on the notice that it is needed to pay “per entry” and we paid immediately after we parked. So we have to pay twice. However, it is more “per exit” since you need to pay and then exit in 15 minutes.

It was nice experience. The staff is super friendly, the view from every zone (garden, pool, room) was excellent. The room was pretty clean and the pool as well. We spent there 6 nights and would recommend it

The receiving area has an unpleasant smell and feels somewhat gloomy or dark, and doesn't have a modern ambiance. I also noticed that the couch has several stains. Additionally, I find the music in the lounge or waiting area to be unappealing. Despite paying for the breakfast, it is not worth the money since the options were very limited.

The room is spacious, offering a great view of the swimming pool and featuring multiple windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Only 4 lifts for a huge building so had to wait a while. Only 2 deck chairs by swimming pool so no space to chill there. Bedroom side cushions a bit stained, but fine to just rest your suitcases on. But everything else was great so minor dislikes considering the price and location - highly recommend :)

Great room - Amazing view, spacious, well laid out, good air con, comfy bed (if you like hard). Short walk to all main city highlights, but set back a little so nice and quiet. Check in staff smiley and friendly. Incredible roof top view! Great place for a KL stop over and site seeing!

Towels at the pool run out around 4pm and are not replaced. Deck chairs are huge and should be kept away from the edge of the pool, not fair for other users when space is a premium
