The pillow was not clean with hair and makeup when we checked in to our room. They have replaced the pillow case straight away after we have reported it. The pool was dirty, noticed the filter not running.

Breakfast was great, lots of choices however it feels like the same type of choices if you are staying here longer.

There was nothing which we saw as hinderniss. But from the sidebuilding, it's quite far to the breakfast in the main building. Next time, we would be better in the main building. The laundry service works well and quick within 8 or 9 hours. Just the price summed up quite quick and we found 80 Euro for our items too much in the aftermaths. Although the result was very good, we would have preferred a more cost efficient offer.

Very comfortable, clean and modern room. The main room had two doublebeds and were almost too big for us. Sufficient big bathroom with glass shower. Aircon and fridge worked well. Remarkable was the breakfast, which was good for asian as well as european taste including freshly prepared eggs, soup station, very good coffee machines, juices, toast and banana cake. Only cheese was missing, which is a nobrainer. A nice twist were the bicycles for rent of 10 ringgit to discover the city. All staff was exceptionally friendly and wanted to help. We loved especially Ritas advice and her very positive and friendly way. The hotel has two buildings and we were in the side building with the smaller pool which we enjoyed.

As for improvement, the only thing I would mention is the breakfast. It was the same every day and had very limited options for fresh fruit or muesli. However, this is not a big deal.

I had a wonderful stay at Citadines Connect Hotel George Town! The location is great, and the hotel is really beautiful. My room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again! ❤️

Couldn’t fault this hotel, staff were very helpful and the room had everything we needed. Pool was nice for a refreshing dip after sightseeing and it was close enough to walk to most things.
