Breakfast replenishment needed for improvement.

Staff was extremely attentive and polite. I was impressed by all of their staff within the hotelier, even when we asked to arrange for a stool for our elderly mother to be seated for shower as she is not able to stand without support, the hotel staff went an extra mile and provided us with a shower chair and commode. They even provide free shuttle bus service.

Car park could be limited. I arrived just in time where some hotel guests were leaving. but I could imagine I might have some difficulties if I arrive late.

Strategic location, where good food is all nearby (waking distance for sure!) and very well maintained facilities. love that the hotel is equipped with a gym room, small but well equipped!

The corridor had a damp smell , which looked like there was an issue with plumbing in block b . It would have been handy to have a water cooler at both ends of the building- but that’s very minor and I have legs 😬

My room key failed twice and had to be replaced

The breakfast area was fantastic though the choice wasn't to my English taste so I just had toast and jam. The rooftop pool was a great bonus though and the TV had some good channels. Strong Wifi too

Breakfast could be improved - taste wise. Also found most items not replenished even though ran out before breakfast timing ends. Being charged RM15 for lost key card, bit steep. Having to carry our own water from filtered tap in the corridor, difficult for one person to carry a jug and kettle of water and trying to open the door to get back into the room.

Great location, can easily walk to a lot of tourist spots, malls and street food. Lovely heritage facade and cosy lobby. The aroma of coffee as you walk into the lobby adds to the pleasure of staying here, and the coffee is free too. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is pleasant.

The first room we were offered had a view at a scrapyard. After telling the reception this was not something we would like to have as a view for a week they changed the room for us. The view wasn't a lot better because of the blinds but at least when we were looking outside we had a streetview. Breakfast was outside at location A,

The staff was very helpfull and willing to listen. There was free coffee and tea the whole day. The location is great,!

The biggest downfall for this hotel is the security door on the first floor. I was in town to run a race that started in the middle of the night, so I requested a quiet room on the second floor. Unfortunately I did not get either of those requests. If you are staying in the hallway where the security door is, you will hear it loudly slam shut over and over and over again. I could not sleep because of the noise. They need to either install a slow stopper, place a sign to say close it gently, or replace it with lighter weight doors.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! It is in a great location. Go to Hin Bus if you're there on a weekend! The bed is comfy and the room is clean. The breakfast buffet was lovely.

Block B is newer but with smaller rooms.

Loved the location, central but quiet. Its quaint but with full modern amenities. Loved the lobby hangout area where you have access to free coffee and a very good workspace.
