Furniture is a bit dated, beds were a bit hard and the springs could be felt in some of them. Would be nice if some laundry detergent was provided as they had specified toiletries would be provided but no detergent for the washing machine.

Great location. Short walking distance to Legoland, cutting through the open air mall which had a fantastic grocery with several varied eateries. Thoughtfully decorated and furnished to cater for families with multiple young children. There were toys for toddlers, a high chair, baby bath tub. We were amazed to find even an arcade booth there which kept both adults and children busy! Good air conditioning and hot water heating. Clear instructions for collection / handover of keys.

The condo appears to be a mix development but certain condo blocks and retail areas are undeveloped. Surrounding vicinity is dated and not properly maintained. The driveway up to the 5th storey carpark is narrow. Unlike the photos, there is no in room fancy bunk bed or mini playground. Just a neat, tidy 2 bedroom apartment with regular kitchen facilities.

The cleanliness of the apartment is excellent. It is also close proximity to Legoland (5mins walk). There is presence of security guards so it's assumed to be secure.

Parking was at level 5 above and went to wrong tower 2 lift instead of tower 1..no/ denied access.no sign stated tower 1 or tower 2.. very confusing

Properties are value for money. Walking distance to lego land. Easy to get Grab to go anywhere in Johor Baharu. Room clean and comfortable for families. We are travelling with total 5 and the apartment is convenient for us. Surely recommended!!!

The apartment block is located in an unfinished building, and going up the carpark which required climbing 5 floors was a terrifying experience.

Great stay! Specious room! And Most of all, just few steps away from the legoland. My daughter loves her bed. We enjoyed our stay especially my husband and kid because of the arcade box and the mini pool table too.

Parking entry to level 5 is quite tight. Those using Family car need to be extra careful .

The checkout times 11 AM was a bit early it would have been nice if like check-in , team provided some safe storage for checkout too at least till the evening . If i am nit-picking living room couch could have been a bit more comfortable one.

Like how the room was set up . The view was nice having most facilities from washing machine even with powder , oven , fridge etc was nice. There were very nice racks in the terrace helped us dry all our clothes in no time. The pool table and gaming console really was a great add on . Most important for us was the bunk bed how safe it was most pleasing. It was nice that they helped store our luggage from 10 AM though the check in time was from 3PM
