If you want to make your muslim guest more feel comfortable please provide sejadah & make a mark sticker direction for kiblat/Qiblah 3. Make sure the toilet hygiene is always maintained 4. Increase internet connection speed to be more stable and fast 5. Change the penyapu sampah that more soft & fits with the condition of your home floor 6. Make proper place or tool to dry clothes 7. provide a toto mattress and more pillows

CanadaThe cleanliness was pathetically poor. The dish scrub provided to us was something that was used over and over. This does not cost more than a Ringit. Can they not provide fresh ones for every new guest? There was mold in the kitchen and washroom. There were long hairs everywhere. They charge for cleaning and I really would fire the cleaner if they really do clean. Please see the pictures provided. The cleaning brush was not touched as it had so many hairs on it. I bought my own cleaning supplies to get the plates and cups cleaned.
Location was excellent. Owner was very responsive and his support was excelent.
