Multi Storey parking is a bit too much for a big car and I choose to park the open space parking.

Had a few near falling incidents when entering the ensuite bathroom, which had a step down from the bedroom, especially when floor is wet. To consider placing an antislip mat.

Location was really near to Legoland. Cosy apartment. Lego blocks provided some entertainment for my kids.

It would be best if Legoland view instead of lakeview. There is no shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste provided but can easily buy from grocery stores. A little expensive after taxes and actual currency exchange fees were considered.

Location is near Legoland and Medini Mall and near grocery stores. Can easily access by grab and go to anywhere like JPO or JB. The room is neat and tidy. With kitchen utensils, electric kettle, iron, washing machine, toilet papers, heater. With aircon in the bedrooms and in the living room. Room is big for my family of 4. With huge Smart TV and wifi is good and can play 1080p but not 4k. Security is nice especially the security guards are helpful to foreigners like us. We were allowed to check in early just request to the owner and they will consider as long as there is no one is renting the unit. We will come back for sure if the price is lower.

TV wasn't working well but didn't bother us. We just used our own devices. A few ants running around. But host promptly provided pesticide spray when alerted about this.

Very good value for money. Much better than booking Legoland hotel, which is 3 times the price. Wifi worked well. Apartment was decent sized and clean. Walking distance from Mall of Medini which has great supermarket, play area for kids and a few eateries. Parking at Level 5 seemed pretty safe. Security guard was helpful. The host Khimz was excellent and provided prompt responses, updates and assistance. Would highly recommend for a Legoland trip.

Some ongoing works at first storey and need to walk outside around the building to go Legoland during our stay in end Sep 23 (not the fault of the apartment though).

The pillowsand blankets are a bit.worn out already and smelly. The sockets are MY customised and we were not able to use our phone charger.

The apartment.is very nice and homey. Its big and comfortable.enough for the 4 of us. The place is clean. They even have lego toys and plushies which my kids enjoyed playing with. The location is nice since it is very near Legoland and there are couple of restaurants where you can eat, theres a nearby supermarket too. Lastly, the host is very helpful and responsive to my questions. Hes been offering help since the day I booked the place few weeks in advance. Will definitely recommend to my families and friends planning to go to Legoland.

The apartment is close to the lift. You can hear the beeping sound from both bedrooms. However if you are not light sleeper or sleep after 10pm, it shouldn't be a problem. Since I am a light sleeper, it did bother me the first night. It would be better if the quilt covet is cotton rather than fleece, which feels a bit uncomfortable to sleep in at night.

The location is great. We had a special arrangement and the host was very helpful to accommodate. Thank you. The apartment is spacious, more than enough for a family with two kids. The host gave us all the info we need at the moment and respond quite quickly which is really helpful.

Multiple story car park a bit narrow. But you could find a parking slot at opening car park.

The way to the parking level 5 is too small for SUV/MPV.

Beds are a little hard for our liking, and some pillows are a little old.

Perfect location for those are visiting the Legoland, for its only about 10 mins walk, including time spent waiting for traffic light. There's a small mall with B.I.G. and a few eateries, right opposite the apartment which makes simple meals and shopping for necessities rather convenient. Host is kind enough to accommodate an early check-in when it's possible. The apartment is sparkling clean when we arrive. The game console is good to keep the kids occupied. The washing machine in the unit saved us lots of post-holiday laundry!

the water filter was broken as owner wasn’t aware about it but owner provide us drinking water immediately.

The building has some unfinished facade probably due to covid affecting business, but everything else is good.

The kids friendly decor and provision of toys were great for our kids! The location is also within 10 minutes' walking distance to Legoland Themepark, which is great for cost savings vs the hotel which is 10 times more expensive!
