The bathroom door doesn't stay closed. The room hadn't been properly cleaned when we arrived (tootpaste residue in the mirror, dirty toilet, some trash on table). The shower head was leaking.

The TV had no channels to watch. The shower floor was a bit uncomfortable to stand on as it has small cemented stones which were placed unevenly. At the loft, there were not additional plug point. Only available for the stand fan.Lighting at the loft was faulty.

Love the aesthetic features of the place. The attic area in the room was something different although a bit high to climb up and down. The owner was quick to attend to us after we had water supply issues in the bathroom. Hotel very near to a mall and waterfront.great area to take photos.

The top floor was hot. Somehow the aircond breeze did not reach there. I took a fan and climbed the stairs. But, need to sacrifice the light because only 1 power outlet. There was water issue (water pump?) on the 1st day i came, no water for 2,3 times..need to inform owner everytime. Toilet need a good mirror. I struggled to remove contact lense. For people who rent/drive own car, to find parking at night was stressful. 40 minutes to get parking at night. Overall, after the water issue settled, i was comfortable

No filtered water for refill. Broken doors to bathroom, owner already knows about it.

Nice location, very good bed, easy communication with the owner via whatsapp. Kettle and mugs for making tea. You can use a shared balcony.

During my stay, I was the only person occupied the hotel building. There is no other guests. Even the coffee shop was closed. It’s totally empty. The owner just send me a whatapps for self checkin and checkout. It’s a scary experience since I’m travelling alone. The hotel also located at the end of the alley, quite far from the crowd. When the coffee shop is closed, this area is totally empty.

Not having enough time!

We really enjoyed our time in Kuching and stay at Lima Tujoh. The property is perfectly situated just away from the centre and host Richard was really helpful with suggestions on how best to maximize our time. Semenggoh is only a 30 minute taxi ride and Bako National Park a 1 ringit bus trip away. There are several museums of interest nearby and the waterfront, with all its illumination, is a wonderful evenings sojourn after a glorious sunset. Places to eat? Plentiful, diverse and delicious!

Walls are thin, therefore you can hear your neighbours, but the area is very quiet.

It's a very nicely situated hotel, with basic but clean and comfortable rooms. The design has some character, and does feel like someone really cares. There's a very nice restaurant downstairs that serves middle eastern food. The owners are super friendly and the food is good too.

The room cleanliness can be improve. If you like to have a good sleep I’d recommend you for rooms behind to avoid the noisy vehicles during late night and early morning. There is one church nearby which will bell you every morning at 6am

The friendliness host and The location is fantastic you can get very well known famous local Chinese food , the latest sarawak museum Borneo cultural museum, Merdeka plaza, waterfront, open air hawker market within the walking distance
