1. Bad communication. Mobile number is only a VOICE MAILBOX. No one attended to the messages. Email services were more like SLOWMAIL or SNAILMAIL. If they reply. If guests are caught in an urgent or emergency situation. You can count this management out. They don't get back in time. 2. No WiFi. Today's basic necessity. It doesn't even cost much. 3. Only 1 piece of access card is provided. Self explanatory just how inconvenient it was fir a family of 5. 4. I'm still waiting for their reply since checking out yesterday. I've attached photos of the unit as proof.

No WIFI this is biggest letdown and who would thought wifi not connected which become basic necessities like utilities, single access card given which was troublesome and later got 2nd card on 3rd day. Worn down towels, bedsheets. carpets, sofas cleanliness needs improvement, AC batteries were low no spares, no hand washing liquids in all 3bathrooms, TV just s’pore channels, some pillows were hard,

Its nearly same as picture but definitely has worn down a bit. Location was good, nearby amenities like starbucks, olive bar, 24hrs convenience shop, view, recreational areas, pool are good. Lift available next to unit was awesome but only found out next day :) Washing machine was very useful with 6night stays.

Only one door access card and no Wifi - both were the only inconveniences. We managed wifi with paid hotspot, but just one access card for 3 bedroom house is the real down side.

1. Horror of horrors!!! We found bed bugs on the master room bed. Killed 2 of them .. pics attached. We din want to risk ourselves being infected by bugs , so we actually did NOT stay there. We booked into the neighbor hotel which cost us 577rm per night. Despite us not staying there, we are not refunded nor compensated in any way. Totally disappointed!! 2. The pics shown in the website is not like the real thing. The reason I booked was due to the high rating and the beautiful pics, which is not at all! Bed is the most important thing in a stay. Who would want to risk themselves sleeping on a bed bug ridden bed?? I dun want to get bitten nor bring the bugs back in my luggage and spreading to my house. 3. There was no one to help us there. It was dark and scary , looking for the lift. Also gave us a wrong password till I couldn't open the letterbox to get the keys. Called the person and she told us the correct password. Such negligence! 4. Worst staycation ever! Will never step in there even if they compensate me now, coz they showed no remorse at all. Now is too late.
