However, we encountered a significant issue with the shower. The drainage system was clogged, causing water to pool during use, which was both inconvenient and unpleasant. This maintenance oversight impacted the overall experience.

Our stay at Medini Signatures had its ups and downs. The property is in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions. The unit was clean, spacious, and equipped with essential amenities, which made our stay quite convenient.

I'm very satisfied with this place. Not far from the legoland. Good surrounding. The house is big enough for a family of 4. Easy to park your car, just go to the basement and choose where you want to park. The guard also very friendly and helpful.

Perhaps it will be good to have broom and dustpan in the unit so we can do a little housekeeping while staying in as we have many ladies and the hairs that is lying around is a bit of an eye sore 🤪

The unit is a 4 bedder apartment. I like that the unit is big, spacious, bright and clean! It fits us 2 families. The unit comes with lego blocks and some toys, with small table and chairs for kids. It helps that it kept the children entertained. The unit came with washer and dryer. So it really helps that we can do our laundry during our 4d3n stay.

No TV channel so can't watch Sg channels. Netflix need code for some viewings. Pillows are too hard. One room was locked created anxiety for me. A dryer be good too as limited hanging space.

Full kitchen facilities. Very comfortable bed for our much needed rest. Well decorated apartment. Peaceful and safe environment. Many guards around. Middle of IP so good access to every area nearby.

Had to drive out of the area to find choices of restaurants. Limited place to eat here.

Communication with the owner was effortless, although things were done only thru Whatsapp. Clear instructions for key pickup and return. Deposit return was also smooth and fast.

Maybe I over expected the place when I read from the previous review. My experience was the handover of keys were late by 50 mins and the management kept sending msg to check out 11am. Also, the shower floor trap was clogged and the sofa in the living room have dust mites that made my kids and myself got minor rashes.

The unit is considerably clean. Netflix was a good plus point and aircon is cool.

As the apartment was a bit dusty, they did not provide any broom and dustpan for us to clean a little and we ended up buying a broom to clean the house from dust and crumbs from food.

I like the view from 1 of the bedrooms. It was very calming and beautiful. The apartment was big and having kids around..its a good enough space for them to run around the house. With sheltered carpark, we can avoid the rain completely.

The checkin quite unpleasent. They force you to pay security deposit online by bank transfer, and need to be done before checkin. If not they do not provide the details on how to check in. The first time also for me that the security deposit and copy of identity requested through whatsapp. When told that I want to provide everything at front desk, they said front desk close at six. The unit itself quite new although empty. Reading the review for other unit (Deluxe or 2 BR aprtment) there were some toys for kids, but this unit does not have one. There were no bottled water given upon checkin the unit, no reading material (guide, tips etc) provided. you are charge RM60 for 'cleaning service' but no housekeeping provided. wonder why they charge you for RM60 - quite high IMO.

The 3 bedroom unit was spacious and comfortable for my family. The location was great, very near to Legoland. The security of the apartment was excellent, always there to help/ guide you. The unit itself in level 7. It was during raining season, the walkway to the unit was slippery due to the rain and quite dark. Parking lots were plenty, no issue.

A little bit of improvement: 1: To provide 2 access card for bigger apartment as usually it will have more than one fmly stay together so it’s hard to only have one access card 2 Microwave and Coway to be install easier for us to pre-heat meal and have the water intake 3. Provide the broom to swipe the floor.

The sofa not that much clean until body all itchy and no enough aircond remote, plz provide more extra rubbish bag for easy us to throw the rubbish.
