房东很好沟通，虽然不会讲中文但是沟通起来也很顺利，公寓一层有两个便利店个一个西餐简餐餐厅以及钱币兑换处，非常方便。网络很好，接待的人员非常仔细的介绍的房间里的每个物品的功能，房子也很干净，与图片一致，除了没有准备新的一次性拖鞋其他都很好。地理位置也不错，步行到双子塔大概十分钟，大厦不临街，夜里除了摩托车炸街以外基本都比较安静。退房时行李寄存在房东处保管，11：00am-3：00pm收了三十马币，其实还是挺贵的。

I booked this hotel but encountered several problems during my stay. Firstly, the physical lock on my room was removed, leaving only an electronic lock, which made me feel very insecure. Despite assurances from staff, I discovered that the door could still be opened from the outside with a key. They even covered the keyhole to make it invisible to guests, falsely claiming that no one could open the lock. As a woman travelling alone, this was extremely insecure and I reported these concerns to the accommodation manager and booking.com customer services. The manager's solutions were to either change rooms or cancel my booking without a refund. I had no choice but to choose the room change. The new room seemed fine at first, but when I returned from dinner and started to use the facilities, I found many problems: two locks were broken, the balcony door couldn't close, the lamp was missing a bulb, the clock was no power, the walls were stained, the chair was sunk, the shower didn't heat up properly, and the next morning there was an unbearable smell in the room, especially from the bed, which seemed to have been poorly cleaned. After I complained again, the accomodation manager implied that I was being troublesome, but these problems were real. They even tried to treat my booking as a 'no show' so I couldn't leave a review. In the end, they made me pay more in cash than the original booking price and even tried to get me to pay extra. Overall, I strongly advise future guests to avoid this hotel. The only advantage of this accommodation is the location. But there are many good hotels and accommodations around this hotel. 房间跟照片不一样，check in拿钥匙和checkout还钥匙都要等很久，尤其是checkout，从10.30等到11.15，像踢足球这样。
